I am so thankful for this employee who recognized my panic, counting coins. I Still didn’t have enough but she made it happen for me!Gaelen, I believe, went above & beyond expectations. Not all people have the anticipation for others needs. She did….! All with a smile & a positive hand, others waiting and reassuring me so I wouldn’t feel embarrassed! I love her!AND I love Walgreens any way! So I will enter the drawing before 72hours is up. Thank You Gaelen for being so gracious to me.

I have worked retail for many years and completely understand after holiday sluggish mood. However the woman at the photo counter I asked a simple question to and she looked at me and said "I don't know" then proceeded to help me but clearly put off by it. After ringing me up she couldn't hand me my receipt, let it fall & had a less than poor attitude. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this location. A smile & common decency go a long way in this day & age. This customer service was not even qualified for a 1 star.

The store I bought a package from told me to drop off the item I needed to return to a FedEx location, and listed this Walgreens specifically as a drop off location, with no need to print the label.The lady at the Walgreens counter proceeded to call me a "silly girl" to think I could just ship a package this way, without the label. The instructions specifically say "no printing required". Don't call me silly, thanks.

the girl doing checkout had the line held UP. The same people in line when I came in were the same people in line when I walked out. When one of the other employees tried to assist us she shouted at them from across the store.Shoutout to the poor 5 people in line they probably still there past closing hours lmao.

One of the worst Walgreens in the greater Portland / Vancouver area. Even though it's 5 blocks from my home, I go elsewhere. Not only do online orders often take forever to be fulfilled (7 hours today!), when other stores often confirm things within minutes, the customer service, if you can call it that, is egregious. The manager of the store apparently hates to provide good service to customers as she advises clerks NOT to provide register receipts on product website pickup orders. This has been the situation for more than a year. They refuse to scan the code on the bag into the register so customers cannot get a paper receipt, which is often needed for things like manufacturer rebates. Policy over customer satisfaction should never be the rule, but it is there. All other stores around here either automatically scan the purchases at the register or cheerfully comply with my request to do so. The people at this store will not do so and insist on using a hand scanner device which is reserved for Curbside orders and does not generate paper receipts. If I complain, I get "policy" excuses and a stinkeye. Go to other close-by Walgreens a few minutes away to the south and southwest. MUCH nicer people work there.

When I picked up my photo order from the photo center I received a blank photo. I had this happen twice before but thought they were just honest mistakes and let it go. This time I went in to have my order resolved since I had paid for a blank photo. I spent half an hour at the photo center trying to explain/resolve this issue which their resolution was for me to sit and load all of my photos at the kiosk and reorder it. When I decided I wasn't going to spend an hour at the department, I asked for a refund. I have worked at Walgreens previously and told them it was really unprofessional to be selling blank photos to people. The assistant store manager's response was "We don't look at anyone's photos". Which is funny because it was a two photo order and they can see it on their computers when they print it off. It is complete negligence and it wouldn't have bothered me if the assistant store manager hadn't decided to argue. This is ridiculous that it has happened multiple times and the response has left me angry.If you ever see blank photos in your photo order they charged you for it.

Pharmacy - poor customer service. Long wait lines, techs make eye contact with customers and ignores them. Extremely short staffed, closes on days when no one is able to show up to work, regularly promises to fill Rx on a date and time and does not fill commitment. Use a different Pharmacy location.Store - nice and friendly for the most part. Sometimes staff leaves customers waiting while they finish a personal conversation.

I have lived this pharmacy until now. The new pharmacists they have now are as slow as molasses. I also waited patiently all day for my prescription to be filled. I finally went on at the end of the day and it hadn't even been put through insurance yet. Then she made me wait almost 30 minutes to get it. I had to wait since now they are closed on the weekends. Maybe people don't want to work here anymore.

I've had little to no issues here and have been coming to this Walgreens since moved here a year ago. The system goofed on some photo orders I had, but they fixed the issue right away. Staff and pharmacist have always been helpful. The 162nd location did just close their pharmacy on the weekends, but I believe you can have medicine transferred between Walgreens if needed. The Walgreens on 1905 SE 164th Ave seems to be the one open the longest and on weekends.

My boyfriend went in to buy medical gloves for me since I just had surgery. On their website it shows the price for the gloves we needed as $7.99. In the store, the same gloves were $18.99. My boyfriend showed this to an employee, and they said “if you want that price you can do the curbside order”. I work in retail and literally very other place would just honor that price, considering it’s the same product coming from the same store. It was insane. Made him wait an extra 40 minutes just to do the online order vs just changing the price to what it would be anyways. Horrible customer service. I’ve never had to put a place on blast like this.

This store had saved me many times, most definitely during valentine's day. Walmart was completely out of ring pops and I needed them desperately, after entering several stores walgreens finally had what I wanted. Oh and a very nice employee checked me out.

Please fire the manager lady with red braids. There was a nice older asian man working and the black lady who I assume was a manager was treating him like DIRT!!! So replulsed by the way that lady was talking to him. She needs to GO!
