The lady in customer service today was so nice and kind. Thanks for all your help I didn't catch a name but she had a great sense of humor.

They cannot stay open later than 10. They used to stay open until 11 but now they don't want to stay open that late. One night when I went over to get what I need, it was closing time and it was only ten minutes til 10. That's when I realised they changed their hours just so they don't have to stay open later than 10. This is the closest store I live by and I should not have to travel so far to buy groceries or wait till next day to get anything I need. It also doesn't help any that the customer service desk is rarely open. They think they can just change the hours all they want and close the customer service desk anytime they want. Also, what happened to the days when they were open 24/7? Before Covid hit, they were always open. During the Covid lockdowns, they closed at 11 pm and opened at 6 am and never changed even after Covid started to die down. Instead, they decided to shorten their hours and now close at 10. What's next, are they going move closing time up to 9 pm? They're really gonna drive away customers if they do that. I'm done putting up with this bullshit. This is exactly why I cannot stand a thing about Walmart. Walmart is a horrible company. They can never hire competent workers or improve their working conditions. Their policies suck! I now take my business elsewhere like to Fred Meyer, WinCo, Safeway, and to Target. At least they all have better policies and better service. I don't understand the positive reviews on here especially those that bash all the negative reviews. If you like shopping here, nobody is stopping you from going here. For the rest of us, we're fed up with horrible service. It's Walmart and Walmart has horrible policies. They are a big corporation and all they care about is making a profit. They are killing small businesses in every city or town they open a store in. They're just as horrible as Amazon. I used to work at Amazon and they are horrible

I used to hate going here. There was this one guy who would literally stare at me beyond the point of discomfort when I went to the self checkout line - this is actually what convinced me to stop using self checkout literally anywhere. While I feel sorry for him (I think he had something going on), he no longer works there and most cashiers are tolerable. Beyond that? It's a Walmart. Don't go in expecting a New Seasons experience. Get your stuff and go like the rest of us and you won't be disappointed.

This Walmart is spicy AF! Who are these people complaining about a Walmart?! Dude, it's Walmart. If your broke ass has more money than go blow it at New Seasons. The staff here has a great sense of humor, and there is an 85% chance that while shopping here you will either see a butt crack or a saggy boob fall out. In truth it's a spectator sport.

ASSET PROTECTION accused me of being a thief! Yesterday May 25th, 2022 at approximately 4:10 PM I went into the Walmart to look for some press on nails to wear to a wedding I'm attending to this weekend. I live nearby and I come to this Walmart several times a week. I have never had an issues before and have been shopping here since it opened a few years back. I checked the beauty aisle, and didn't see any blue nails to my liking so I decided to leave. I checked out some baking supplies before I headed out. I didn't buy anything. As I'm leaving, a white man in his mid 30s, black shirt, black pants, strawberry blonde hair approached me as being Walmart Asset protection. He wanted to know if there was anything "on me" that I hadn't paid for and that if I had something in my pockets or purse. I said no I do not. I said I don't appreciate you harrassing me in front of everyone like this (people were staring). He said I'm not harrassing you. I said well is this because I didn't buy anything? I said you didn't have the press on nails I wanted. He again said if there's anything I have I didn't pay for to tell him now. I said, what you wanna see in my purse? I opened my purse and of course he looked inside. No stolen items. I had pants with no pockets and a sweater on. I said I don't have a thing on me, how could I? I don't have pockets. He said very hatefully and loudly okay mam enjoy the rest of your day. This isn't right!!; I shouldn't be treated like a thief at a store that I spend so much money at a month!!! It's not right and it's not fair. They even lock up the nail polish, .99 cent nail polish and treat us like criminals. It's terrible. You just wanna come in and look for an item they may have and leave humiliated and treated like a criminal.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. always rude and no one working there seems to know what their job entails. This store does not store the food correctly, and always tastes musty. Go too another Walmart too shop.

The employees are rude also every time I go to get food they never have what I want they cater to ethnic groups and treat everyone like your there to steal they even have laundry soap locked up make up razors it's a hassle you have to wait for employee to open case then they don't give u product they put it in a lock box and take it up to a counter then if u remember u got the item u have to ask the cashier it is just ridiculous and I ask a employee something they just say they don't know. I don't shop there any more I go to WinCo even though it's father away

This place sucked. Their pharmacy in particular. They refuse to fill pain medications for me post-surgery. They're sadists who like playing god. They're unethical and horrible people.

I didn't think this was a bad Walmart by any means! One of the better locations I've ever been to! Despite being a Neighborhood Market location, it was still basically like a regular one! Which was nice! When we went, it was like April, PEAK pandemic and quarantine time! We were able to find the Walmart exclusive Mountain Dew I'd been unsuccessfully finding locally! As well as toilet paper! All of the employees were extremely nice! We even had a nice long talk with a nice lady who was probably my Mom, Brother, and I's favorite employee there! Just to say everything we got because I can, and because I feel like it, we also picked up some cleaning supplies and gloves and whatnot! (Pandemic "essentials".) We were very satisfied with our trip, and would probably all gladly come back! (I at least would cone back!) Overall this is an extremely solid location that has everything you're looking for, with great employees and not too busy either! I think that's it! I can't say enough good things about this location!

Yea, It's WalMart . . . got ur basic Walmartians running in-n-outta the store, Vancouver's "Navigation (homeless) Center" has opened across the street, making the Walmartians appear "normal", bathroom is nasty, neighborhood is sketchy, reserved "Police Parking" taken up by a broken down Saturn parked like it's been abandoned . . . BUT! . . . the people there are Friendly, doin their best and are generally Awesome, the selection is OK to Good, got new self checkout registers to speed you on ur way, Door greeter Don't Care, and it's NOT Winco Foods, its a "Neighborhood (mini) Walmart", which is Exactly how it feels! . . . It's a Win-Win!

Excellent customer service, patient, courteous and professional staff. Re stock was efficient and special requests were attended. Considering external factors, this location has improved in quality and service. Whatever you're doing , keep doing it. Operation and customer service have improved drastically.

I don't normally visit this store but today I did and I encountered a young man named Richard that I found to be a very respectful young man who was willing to take a moment and speak with me and ask how my day was. I was very impressed thank you very much for the great experience in your store.

This place is a damn joke. I went there at 530 on a weekday and was going to go to their deli and it was closed. Who closes it that early!!??!! Then I needed to get a pregnancy test and they were locked up!!! There was a button to push for "customer service" which I pushed about 12 times and it took someone over 5 minutes to get there. I actually had to go ask the pharmacist to get someone. Finally the guy (awkward) shows up and I grab the one I want and he tells me he has to bring it to the front of the store with me. Well me and my husband were still not done shopping so he had to bring it to the customer service kiosk. So once I was getting ready to check out my husband got in line and I went and told the girl at the kiosk that there was a pregnancy test holding for me. She asked if I was just purchasing that and I told her no I have a full cart. She then tells me that when I am checking out she has to bring it over and scan it herself. WTF!! I mean next thing you know they are going to have to hold it while I piss. I will NEVER go here again. If you don't trust your customers that much, close the damn doors and move locations. How awkward and humiliating for me not to be able to discreetly go in and get a pregnancy test along with my other groceries. They might as well have announced it to the whole damn store!!! What a joke.

I like having a Walmart so close to my house. It doesn't have everything and not always the least expensive, but most of the time it has the item I want at the best price. Plus there is plenty of parking.
