TYLER IS VERY LAZY! He literally told me that opening a business account may take up to 90 minutes and he was not sure why I scheduled at 4pm. He made me feel he was in a hurry to clock out at 5pm and having a business checking opened at 4pm will hinder his plans and was a pain. He is not a good banker not helpful and quite sluggish. When I told him I was going to Chase he really looked surprised and pretty much knew he messed up. Dont go to this branch. TYLER is a no no!

I love this branch. The tellers are very friendly and the customer service reps.. ROCK! I've had nothing but good experiences with this bank. They have your back( if you are in the right)!they come through every time for my husband and I for the last 25+ yrs.

Watch the atm at this location. We inserted $620 to deposit. it sent $250 through and sent back $270. Missing $100. Well we go into bank and deposit the $270 and let them know about the $100. THe file a claim for us and electronically put in the $100. A month later they take it back and say they confirmed there was a $250 deposit that had no errors and did not return the $270. I called up that department and he said it was a clean deposit and no money was returned. I asked them if they have camera's on the atms. He said yes sir we do. I said did anyone watch the video of the deposit and see if money came back. NOPE. They had no idea how the process was done and yet he was sure it was a complete and clean deposit. I have banked with them for over 25 years and they cant even bother with the effort of checking. This is not a good sign for a business. They have already had trouble several times with getting caught taking out fee's wrongly. I definetly feel like its time to change banks.

Call to see if they have a coin machine or to see what location has one but they never and their phone. I’ve called several times and different days. Very annoyed and gives me another reason why I’m thinking of leaving this bank. They have already closed all the close locations near me so this is my last straw.

Bryan was awesome here. He helped me open savings accounts for my grandkids. I am still not a huge fan of Wells Fargo. I am a fan of Bryan.

This Wells Fargo is very great, went in there today and had an amazing person work with me and my boyfriend. And she was super sweet she definitely needs a good review! And this whole building by the van mall was amazing. Will definitely always go to this one❤️appreciated them a lot!

ATM stole $100 from me and they seemed to care less. Wouldn't pick up the phone even tho I called like 8 times and overall they are just unreliable

The manager was so rude and mean to me I actually cried. They take forever to take care of merchant customers. The worst banking experience I have ever had. I will be changing to a different bank.

Don’t open account with Wells Fargo!! Choose someone else if you don’t want headache! They are no help whatsoever! I deposited a check for some amount and for some reason it bounced back I contacted the owner of check and he showed me that he has plenty money on the account. Now Wells Fargo said it will take them two weeks to try again!! I don’t want to wait that long I asked if I can cancel that check they said no and I have to wait there is nothing they can do about it. I am definitely will be leaving this bank after this issue will be resolved!!!
