Been calling last three days cause im out of town and already set up things for my account but customer service says I have to go back in person for cause it can't be approved yet but nobody answers the phone

I was purchasing a used car and came to this branch with the seller to complete the transaction, withdrawing funds from my savings. There were two tellers and I had to wait a few minutes for my turn. Once at the window, I received fabulous service. They even made copies of the bill of sale and such for me. Very pleasant experience.

This branch never answers their phone. This is discrimination and financial malpractice, clients need to be able to communicate with their financial professionals. Do not do business here. If I could do 0 stars, I would.

Absolute worse branch ever to exist!! The manager Edgar was very rude and disrespectful, gave me the run around on why they couldn't withdrawal money from my account. Tina who is the bank teller who assisted me first said she had to make sure there was enough in the bank to provide me with funds. Then it went from that to she needed authorization to release such a large amount, to they need to verify the funds in my account. Flied a complaint directly with wellsfargo, waiting for someone to contact me regarding the manner, the woman I filed my complaint with said there was no reason whatsoever why they shouldn't have released my funds to me. I feel they were racially discriminating against me, and from reading previous reviews on this branch, this isn't the first time it's happened.

Today, I was at the Mill Plain office. I had the opportunity to meet a young gentleman named Tyler Chormicle, a Senior Premier Banker. I was impressed by his exceptional premium level of customer service skills, high level of professional ethics, and a strong knowledge of his job. Tyler was very kind, respectful, and a very friendly winning personality. I was 100% motivated and inspired by his pleasant demeanor and distinctive competence to make a worthy decision with the investment options that were available to me. I truly admire the well polished and persuasive commutation skills he displayed; he deserves a big raise !!!Thank you Tyler for your help.

I have been with Wells Fargo for 20 years . I am highly dissapointed with the customer service, the lack of professionalism and the way I was treated today at this branch. These big banks think they can just do what they please going off of discriminating judgements that was very clear this afternoon. As In stated already I've been a customer since 2002. And I've had some unfortunate things happen to me that were out of my control, I am a victim of theft, as well as identity including my bank information and it has negatively effected my account. In doing so, The way i was treated, forced to wait over a hour and a half just to deposit a paycheck into my account that they decided to question me about cuz they felt it necessary to " verify" it . All this wasted time, unnecessary run around and questioning, as If I'm on trial In court .

I've been with wells for over 20 years. This location sucks . On Fridays they only have 2 tellers . I waited 20 mins in line to be greeted by a not so friendly teller. They don't wear name tags anymore and her name wasn't posted or I'd add her to this comment. So they always have employees standing around maybe helping your customers to have a better experience might be helpful.

Absolutely rancid customer service. Don't come here if you need to do anything other than using the ATM. I had a compromised account that I needed to close out immediately, and when I asked for assistance, the teller refused to help me. There were two tellers available, as well as a banker, with no customers around and said that I needed to come back tomorrow as the banker was booked for the day or wait with customer service on the phone. They didn't allow me to withdraw my money and close my account. Don't come here if you have an emergency.

I want to thank my branch of Wells Fargo and the Manager behind the counter.I have been a Wells Fargo Customer since 2010. I receive settlement checks. I received a settlement check issued from Chase Bank, it was a larger one. The check and my ID was verified by chase. I went to Chase to convert it to a cashier’s check. But Chase does not honor their own checks for non-customers. They stated (in writing) from their support that they will not cash or convert their own checks to cashiers check, I would have to do that at my own Bank. This is where Wells Fargo stepped up.I went to my Wells Fargo Branch to deposit it, there is a 7 (business day) hold, so 10 days. The Manager behind the counter knows I receive these checks and they pay for my medical and other things. The Manager was so kind, that she said that she would check with Chase and when it clears they would release the funds in my account. She would call me or I could come back in on a Monday (as this is a Wed deposit).The Manager and Wells Fargo are going out of their way to ensure I have access to my money to take care of my medical and other costs associated with my accident. Wells Fargo is going beyond what other banks do. They are doing what Chase would not do and its their own check.
