“Mr. Gary is nice, corteous, and easy to deal with. Rules and options has been stated as clear as daylight and we clould not have ask a better unit around town if it weren't for him. Unfortunately, we have to move further away from the unit cause we moved to a house. Otherwise, I highly recommend west coast storage.”

“The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I was in and out quickly, but she didn't make me feel rushed - and that's a skill. ? When I didn't come in for my original reservation time in the morning (assuming I would be charged for it starting then because I had some things I needed to take care of first), they simply adjusted the pickup time to start for later in the day, and then my drop-off time a few day later was later in the day too. I wasn't expecting that to be the case, so it was a pleasant surprise. I'll come back here next time I need to move for sure.”

“I rented a U-Haul from another location and experienced engine trouble, so I stopped into this location to ask for help. Dmitri promptly connected me with U-Haul Roadside Assistance and helped me get back on the road with another truck. He was extremely courteous and friendly the entire time and really went the extra mile to help me out. Thank you for your help and for just being a kind person ?”
“Jay Singh in your Vancouver, WA office was super and deserves a pay raise and promotion. There was a mix up on our van and Jay did everything humanly possible to make it right! He even messaged us along our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly and followed up once again when we returned the Van. Just a super representative for your company and one reason why I will certainly rent again with Enterprise. I would also like to recognize Kim in Austin, Texas who we returned the van into. She was quickly, super friendly and again, another great representative of your company.
I recommend Enterprise for long distance moving, pricing is straight forward and excellent customer service!!!

“Staff was friendly very easy to deal with, they explain everything like they are told to do from corp,it's a little pricey tho, 3 days less than 120 Mi $254, 15 Gallons to fill it up ( $60) so my total is over $300 to rent a 15-ft truck
What amazes me is that all these truck rental places show something less than $20 a day in big giant advertising logo on all of their vehicles for everybody to see, so you think $19.95 a day
So with that scenario I should have paid $60 and I understand there's fees and fill the gas up and blah blah these big corporate Giants have found a way to mislead the public and get a lot of extra money that doesn't go to the people out there in the field
So my rental is actually a little less than $30 a day but even at $30 a day that's $90
So calculate how much the rent is per day for the specific vehicle or trailer that you need and triple that price that's what you're going to pay
I'm not complaining because facts don't have feelings it is what it is later y'all
PPS the location is wonderful and everything is clean and tidy and very straightforward I would highly recommend this location
Just heed what I say if you think it's going to be $100 for 4 days it's going to be $400 in the end with minimal add-ons like Dolly's tape pads Etc...

“Clean and efficient... But the owner/clerk was not very nice. Quick and provided service but could not hide the tone of his displeasure with having to be in office. Yeah he just sucks at covering his displeasure with his life in general apparently. But other than that it was great.”

“Went in to see about getting a new cotter pin trailer hitch for my vehicle. I walked in and told the guy what I needed. He asked me a few questions and then took me exactly to what I needed. He asked a few more questions and then ended up telling me that my cotter pin and bolt can be re used until it shows signs of wear. With some muscle and effort, I was able to get the cotter pin off when I'm not towing.”

They called the day before to confirm unlike any other time I’ve rented from U-Haul. She even pulled the truck up front within the first 3 minutes of getting there, so I was in and out fast! “Went to U-Haul how to short weight I to get a trailer they sold me a ball for my hitch and they mounted the trailer onto my truck wham bam thank you ma'am I was on the road. When I returned they took the trailer off and put it back in its place they even digitally gave me a receipt and I was done it was great very smooth process.”
