Highly recommend going to anywhere else in the area. The pharmacist team is awesome, but several of the counter staff at the pharmacy are demeaning, rude, and outright horrible at customer service. Been a customer Monthly for the last 1-2 years and I am met with eye rolls, gasps, and screams of "what?" every time I speak a word. Specifically there is a woman with blue hair that Walgreens corporate should evaluate for retention.

This is by far the laziest, rudest and most incompetent pharmacy staff that I've ever come in contact with. When you wait on hold on the phone for 40 minutes to ask them if your prescription that was sent over 4 hours ago would be ready before they close and you get disconnected right as it starts ringing (that's not coincidence). Then you decide to drive over there instead and they tell you the soonest they can have it done is the following evening because they are short staffed but there is nobody in line when you walked up and they were just walking around doing nothing. People wouldn't be trying to get their medication if they didn't need it! When you ask them if they can call the other Walgreens to transfer it to them tonight to get filled so you can possibly breathe and actually get some sleep during the night with the help of the medication since you've been incredibly sick for a week and they tell you that they don't know the other Walgreens phone number. I will NEVER go back to this one again. Do yourself favor and make the 5 minute drive to the wonderful staff at the Salmon Creek Walgreens. This pharmacy location is an absolute joke.

Not surprised to see this place has one and a half stars. They got my prescription late last night, their hours show online they have been open for 2 hours. They wanted me to sit down and wait next to a guy they have to give a flu test and risk getting me sick just because they didn't fill the prescription this morning like they were supposed to. It's obviously not very hard because the lady at the counter begged the pharmacist to just take care of it real quick and the pharmacist refused.

Zero star if possible. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with a car in-front of me and one behind me. Another 15 minutes was spent at the front of the line looking in. While at the front of the line I saw five customers inside the pharmacy get helped. When I called they said they were doing their best. When they finally came to the window the pharmacist said she was doing her best. I gave her the facts (5:1) help ratio, 45 minutes in line and asked why that is her best? She just kept repeating, "are you saying I am not doing my best?" like she was trying to start a fight. Very immature for a professional. She sent her manager over who gave no apology and didn't seem to understand that helping 5 people in one line and zero in the other was not logical. I didn't want to be a total Karen so I left and plan on moving my business to Amazon or Target or CVS or ....

I wish I could leave zero stars for this pharmacy. It's hard enough dealing with the judgement from the world that I have ADHD, but to also have to deal with it form anyone is healthcare of any kind is unacceptable. I went for 20+ years managing without medication, but when I started managing multiple locations and over 50 people I needed something. So now I take a very small dose 15mg, just enough to get me through my work day, and these people at the HWY 99 & 99th St. location are HORRIBLE. I can legally call in and pick up my Rx up to 3 days before it's due. If I remember I try hard to do that. I manage a team of 65 traveling and as hoc employees so I'm working 5-10's and 4-8 hours on the weekend, plus and travel fairly regularly so there's a lot going on. Yesterday when I called the "lady" who didn't give me her name, told me I was trying to pick it up too soon and I "should have enough" (which I do). She was SO RUDE when I asked why I cant just call it in since I'm in the 3 day window, and pick it up whenever they say I'm "allowed" to, I let her know that last month when I called the day before (as instructed) they had just ran out and I had to wait 3 days for them to "borrow some" from another pharmacy, which is also illegal to transport a controlled substance in that manner, but whatever. So anyway, this unnamed person decides I'm a drug a drug seeker and told me that every pharmacy has different policies and if I don't like theirs, feel free to transfer my prescription to somewhere else. Today I call, because she said I could yesterday, and was told (after she looked to see if they had any) that I technically can't call it in until the end of the 30th day?? which make zero damn sense. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and I have NEVER had to deal with this level of nonsense. I cannot wait to pick up my last RX with these asshats so I can pay full fees at Fred Meyer's where they actually know what they're doing and don't treat their patrons like garbage. I'm done with Walgreens, and not just the pharmacy. The whole company can go to hell before I spend a single cent in their stores. PS- If anyone from Walgreens actually reads these, don't be so cowardly and put a review option on your store pages.

Zero stars. Colleen, the pharmacist, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She probably feels inept at her job and that's why she doesn't connect well with customers. Jenny, the store manager, is just as bad. After filing a complaint, she retaliated by saying that they couldn't "meet my needs" and suggested that I have my rxs filled somewhere else. I guess "my needs" for common courtesy and respect are above their pay grade. No worries. After giving thousands of dollars to Walgreens, I'm taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of pharmacies in the Vancouver area where professionalism and friendliness aren't that difficult. For Colleen and Jenny, it apparently is.

worst f*****g experience with supposed professionals. I call for an adderall prescription because I just got diagnosed with adhd. I call my pharmacy and am on hold for about ten minutes. because of my current diagnosis I zoned out so bad I forgot who I had called. I said "sorry, zoned out there for a second. who did I call again?" I say a version of this three to four times and all I get is "how can I help you with increasing pissy back end time. then my girlfriend who wasn't even in the room and overheard reminded me. I never gave them any attitude even though I have given them my insurance three times now and yet they still need it a fourth time...worst pharmacy in vancouver.

Super nice staff but a lack of it most times . Every time I have been here they are understaffed but the ones that are present try to do their best to resolve the issue . I took an appointment and went to the pharmacy only to find out they were closed and they couldn't even send an email or text ?? why the need to sign up for text if you cant even text of closures or cancellation. Severely understocked as well and the shelves are kind of empty with only discounted /seasonal items .

I have had the worst experiences with Walgreens everywhere. I have had so much trouble getting my prescription refilled. I have been waiting all week for it to be filled and now I've been sitting on hold for 2 hours!! It's ridiculous, fix your shit Walgreens!!

This Walgreens has gone downhill. It used to be the one I preferred and now I am traveling the extra 10 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else. They are randomly open, it is never consistent.

The pharmacy at this location is useless. It doesn't matter if you received the text saying your order is ready or that you have called in to confirm your medication is ready. It is still very likely that the order is not ready or that they might not even have your medication in stock. Don't waste your time, go to another location.

Y'all, no matter how close this pharmacy is to your house you will not save any time by going here. I have 2 prescriptions I pick up monthly and have for over a year now at this specific pharmacy. Bear in mind these prescriptions are for my mental health and have been a god send for me being able to actually function like a regular human being. I am incredibly grateful that it's not my physical health that this place is in charge of. If you rely on medication for your physical health please do not go here. I finally hit my threshold recently because they canceled an order I put in to refill my meds on the app, told me there was no order even though the app said I had a refill, then put in the system that I had picked up my medication that they canceled. They acknowledged the problem but the issue was that my insurance had made it to where I couldn't get my meds because Walgreens had said I had already received it for the month. I should have been able to pick up this prescription a whole week ago but only got it today. I have had this Walgreens cancel orders I have put in, stating that there was no order available even though the app showed me there was and my dr told me there was, only to call my dr and have her tell me they were wrong and she would sort it out and then suddenly I could pick it up. I have had to wait up to a week for my medication to be back in stock, I've been told my medication would take 10 minutes to fill only for me to walk around the store for 30 minutes and it still not be available when I go up to ask. I don't mind if something isn't ready but I'd like to know before wasting so much time. There's a lot of general rudeness and shortness when trying to get ahold of anyone to get help and god forbid you need help because honestly good luck. I work retail, I have a lot of patience and don't get snippy or angry when I'm in frustrating situations, I cannot say the same for them. They will not ever reach out to you to resolve issues, that will 100% be put on you even if they really mess up. When I called the next day after being told they would get ahold of my insurance and sort everything out the person told me that the people helping me weren't there so they would have to start the process over and got a bit snippy with me when I tried to let her know at this point it's really important that I get my meds because I do not have any. It sucks, the bald guy that works there is so sweet and actually has empathy and tries and honestly I hope that place doesn't eat him up because it must be exhausting having so many issues all the time needing resolution. A lot of workers here seem very overwhelmed and under qualified to be dealing so directly with the public and with such a personal and necessary thing like medicine. Save your time and even if you live across the street go somewhere else.

I tried to explain to the pharmacy that I couldn't use the online page to sign up for a covid test and all the pharmacy lady had to say was she can't set an appointment over the phone and I'll just have to use the online to do it. I tried to explain to her that her website is broken and will not let me select the store location and she just proceeded to argue with me and make me sound like I WASN'T TRYING already. I give it 1 star

Spent some time in the ER, the doctor sent 4 prescriptions over to them. I picked up three, one was back ordered. Was told it's in the shipment they just received and would be ready Friday. It's now Tuesday, no call from them. Just got off the phone and someone at Walgreens cancelled my prescription. WTH!!! Done with Walgreens.

I would give the pharmacy department a zero today if it was available. My wife and I were there to get our 2nd shingles shot. The gal that helped us initially with the forms to fill out was very sweet and kind she even informed us that they only had one single shot available and that the other person would have to go to another Walgreens which she was going to contact for us. Then she came out and said they found another shingles shot so we both were able to get ours at this location. The person that gave us the shingles shot I don't know if it was the pharmacist or not but she was the most rude, inconsiderate, short, curt person I have ever met in the healthcare industry. If that was my employee they would've been fired on the spot. I am in no way loyal to Walgreens there are many places I can go to receive my prescriptions and get the products that Walgreens offers
