We used Willamette Valley Bank for our home loan. We were very pleased with the outstanding service. Chad was our representative. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly and detailed throughout the whole home loan process. He was very attentive to our needs, and responded to our questions quickly. He even worked with us on weekends and evenings. They were able to get us a good interest rate on our 30 year fixed home loan. We highly recommend Willamette Valley Bank for home loans.

Jim King is an absolute pleasure to work with! I work in the Real Estate industry and have never worked with a lender who is more prompt, responsive, and helpful. My husband and I just recently closed our first home and Jim Was very informative and helped explain everything along the way. He is helpful, thoughtful, and friendly. Jim King and the staff at WVB are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and a true pleasure to work with. Their mortgage rates and fees are very competitive and overall, they provide a very good value.
