Dear WinCo, You should continue to give good customer service late at night if you're gonna stay open late. This is the third time in about a week that the late night line was overly long, only one frustrated checker, lots of frustrated customers, and no plans to call another checker. Don't get me wrong, I love WinCo, but it's not near me. So I go on my way home from work, which is between midnight and 2 am now. I waited in the line once and it took 25 min. The next two times the line was even longer. I was so tired, I just abandoned my cart and left. I won't be coming a fourth time. (There was a normal line when I arrived so I did my 45 minutes of shopping only to find the mile long line when I rounded the corner.)

Why can't we get location and price of products in your store? I should not have to drive to the store to see if I can save 50 cents....it's needs to be worth the extra gas to drive there. Also, staff are rude to EBT users because their machines are so old they do not process payments correctly.

The store is great, the prices are awesome and the employees are always kicking butt. however after being nosy I have noticed they are short staffed but they don’t give their current employees a full 40 hours a week. I guess that’s why I always see new faces. I only say this because Covid gave me a new perspective and I have a ton of respect for our local grocery store workers!

I go here every week. It's a decent place but I only get pre-packaged things here. The produce here has a short shelf life. The "veggie tray" I recently bought here had unwashed veggies and a long nasty hair. Gross.

Great prices and good customer service!?I appreciate that WinCo is carrying more natural products. I also find it more relaxing to shop here because I don't have to deal with annoying digital deals and distracting music. :)
