When I dropped them off, I was able to look at the prints and wanted to let you know that these turned out so beautiful! “A lifesaver! We needed a Deed of Trust notarized and tried 2 other UPS locations (Gig Harbor Point Fosdick and 72nd and Portland Tacoma) and they couldn't help us. Either they didn't have a notary available or for the Point Fosdick location a lady said she couldn't do it on a busy Saturday. A very nice gentleman at the Harbor Hill location told us we could email the document to them and when we got there they would print it, notarize it, scan it back to the company and also mail a hard copy to them. Everything went perfectly.Great customer service!”

“What you expect from a Staples store, all the office supplies your looking for and staffed relatively well whenever I go in. I would still go here over a FedEx office and print store, the prices for printing and scanning are way more reasonable and staff have been competent in helping with print orders. Easy return location for Amazon return packages.”

“Carlos & Raul were sooo helpful & went out of their way to help me with my TikTok shop return. It was a very large body pillow that came vacuum packed & when I opened it & decided i wanted to return it I knew I couldn’t get it in the packaging it was sent to me in. So when I got to the Normandy Park UPS store they both tried & tried to get this pillow to fit in a bag & then a box. Tried to vacuum pack it into the bag again with their vacuum & we got it figured out. But the entire experience was positive they had smiles & it really made my day to see them have such great attitudes & such a willingness to go above & beyond to be helpful & kind.❤️”
