“I do not have an account here. This establishment did help me without much of a problem. I came in with a check drafted off of a business's account. They treated me like any other person. Pros: On site private security Private parking lot It was SOO quiet. Helped my anxiety a lot. Cons: Heavy traffic area I wish I got names, but I did not. I guess I was in a hurry. Even without an account, my business was completed I wasn't in there more than 5 minutes. I am highly pleased with this branch and if I got Key business, I will bring it in here. Well done Burien branch and thanks for making my transaction easy.”

“I was walking by with my dog and this guy was totally out of pocket yelling at a short lady by the door. They had been closed for maybe 10 minutes at that point and he was hella heated they wouldnt reopen just for him as if he's so special that the hours don't apply to him. Anyway, she was a champ and didn't get mad back, just calming saying they can't assist as they're closed and they need to let people out that had been there since before they closed. Not sure what the dudes problem was but his poor planning isn't their fault and they were super kind even while getting yelled at. I don't know who you are short lady, but way to stand up to a bully!”

“Was pretty mad. ATM took my $500 and kept it spitting out a receipt with some nonsense about potential fraud. Next day I went in and the branch manager, Scott Hall went to work. In just a few minutes my card was again active. After that he submitted a claim for the safe return of my $500. Next morning 1st thing my money was credited to my account. That would be the end of it but awhile later Mr Scott Hall phoned me to make sure all has gone well. Now while I am on the fence about how I feel about the whole ordeal I DO know that I appreciated a courtesy call from the branch manager just to check up on the issue. 3 stars for the ordeal. 5 stars for Mr Scott Hall. Average 4 stars.”

“People this is the ATM. It clearly says Seattle Credit Union ATM. The name of this ATM location is "headquarters" but that is leftover from when they were here. Not sure why this is so hard for people to wrap their heads around.”

“Clean refuel station featuring quality gas transferring experience. Kiosks are highly readable with haptic feedbacks upon the lightest human finger pressures. Color contrast and color differenciation between selections insure impossible errors occur upon the supervision of gasoline flow. In fact waiting time exceeded personal patience metric such that upon realization that there were many enjoying the control schemes that actual refueling were actions that delayed the process. A very forgivable scenario as two utilities were satisfied. First your car's compatibility with the hose which snuggles tightly and airlocked and two, the pleasure of pressing buttons, a happiness only recognized when purchasing your first mechanical keyboard. Overall a successful fuel run prior to freeway entries.”

“To the people who was stating the door was locked ... yes it is !You need your Wells Fargo debit card to open the door. I was concerned also but used my brain with seeing a card scanner on the door. Either way my cash deposit went thru on point.”
