This place was so helpful and friendly! I got off the bus to realize my clip had loosened from my tire and the whole thing detached. Luckily Vashon Bikes was right there to help me and were so kind to help immediately. The staff was super helpful and lovely.

Knowledgeable owners, awesome service spot for bikes and gear. I get my bikes serviced here regularly. Last month came by just at closing to get new helmets - they stayed late to help properly fit us with the right helmets and gear for the next day’s ride. 💜

Can’t give this place enough praise. Bryan, the owner, stayed an hour late to work on the bike and help us catch a ferry after a bad flat. Also took the time to provide a ton of education as well. Looking forward to the next visit to Vashon just to pop by here. Everything a bike shop should be.
