Giving three stars because I like the shop and the folks are mostly friendly and seem knowledgeable. However, I can't give them higher than three stars due to my repair shop experience. I dropped off a lawn mower purchased from this location in March 2021. (dropped off 7/14) Talked to them later that day after they said there was a warranty issue. I called 7/16 to get an update and was told the warranty issue was cleared up, the part to fix it was on site, and the repair should be completed "in the next day or two." I'm happy thinking I will have it in time for the weekend so I can mow. Called back Monday, 7/20 for an update. Apparently the guy who works on this type of mower was out, but a box of supplies for this brand had just arrived, so he should be able to wrap it up when he returned the next day. (I thought the part was on site on 7/16???) Called AGAIN on 7/22 for an update. Was told by Jacob, (who seemed be inconvenienced by my call), that the parts were on order and he had no idea when they would arrive. I asked if I should expect a month or a week....He said closer to a week, but I don't have a lot of faith in them at the moment.

The guys tried like hell to resuscitate my old lawn tractor, Dennis in particular worked on it for 2+ hours without charge. In the end I bought a new one at a great price. I'll def return for any repairs/accessories I need.

Great local place. If they don't have it they can generally get it. They only stock quality stuff. Staff is knowledgable. I used to get weirded out at how friendly they were, always asking me if I need anything, etc.. I was accustomed to the Home Depot model of wandering aimlessly for an hour looking for a single bolt. Once I learned to embrace the friendliness and be like "Yes, you can help me find this one bolt I need." Now it is great. In and out quickly.
