Lots of fun for the kids. Be careful thinking your 3yr old can use the harness for zip line or climbing wall- you'll spend lots of time waiting and not get to go. Otherwise lots of options and can be hard to keep track of the children if it's busy. Wish there was a way to see how busy it will be before you go.

I've been going to flying squirrel ever since it's been Open. I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. All employees were nice except for the manager. Manager was extremely rude and yelling at my kids and others. She couldn't explain the rules normally to them. I hope that flying squirrel can improve this problem and I will be looking forward to going there more in the future.

I take my kids here occasionally. The staff has always been friendly and lots of comfy spots for parents to relax while the kids get energy out! Yesterday evening I took my son and he spent a lot of time climbing the rock wall and the other climbers they have in that area. The gentleman running it who I later found out his name is Mason, was a such a nice guy. I was watching him interact with not only my son but the several other kids in that area needing his attention and help (as they need to be harnessed to climb the walls) this guy was the most patient nice guy to these little kids. He went above AND beyond with the kids I was really impressed. He was so encouraging! No way could I do his job like he does. I even went up to the front desk just to ask for the manager because I thought he should be recognized. To many times employees go unnoticed for going above and beyond.

We have been to both Altitude and Flying Squirrel and without a doubt, Flying Squirrel is where you want to go for an amazing trampoline park experience. I will say that it is more speedy than Altitude, however you pay for the great experience and attentive and accomodating (but by no means overbearing) staff. My son has special needs and they offer a lower rate, as well as a parent wrist band just in case you need to go onto the floor and help your kiddo. My kids have endless fun, and they have great arcade games, too! The manager of this establishment is a gem, as well. Couldn't recommend this place more!

We went to Flying Squirrel for Christmas Eve and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We appreciate that it was open for our get-together with siblings and in-laws. What made this year's experience exceptional was the kindness Michelle showed to my family. She truly is amazing! It's employees like her that make visiting Flying Squirrel such a wonderful experience.

really cool place, but BEWARE IF ITS BUSY as there is not much seating for parents. everyone takes the free seating (which is fine but needs more seating for busy times), no where to put kids items when everything else is full, there’s seating you can pay for (massage chairs), and then tables that are reserved in the snack area. so standing there with 5 kids items is cool. would go again but certainly on a monday in the morning ? three stars for no storage and lack of sitting area regardless of being busy or not.

I was hesitant since the other trampoline park in Spokane is cheaper. Mason was super friendly and helped me. All the workers were upbeat. Place is clean and the vibe is welcoming. My kids were shy about the wall climb and the worker gal light skin with the braids was super inviting. All workers had smiles. A bunch of fun. My family and I will be back.

Had a birthday party with 10 kids. So easy to check people in so easy to do a waiver everything was clean. Everything worked, and everyone was so friendly and they were so attentive to the kids. The placement of massage chairs is very clever!!

I absolutely loved this place, what I liked most is while your kids are jumping and you don't want to play with them, you don't have to! They have massage chairs you can relax in! Also, they have an arcade with lots of games to choose from. This place has a lot of hard working employees and has a good vibe all around. Very safe for children and adults. Would be a great place for a party. Last thing I loved is there is a kids section, so you don't have to worry about the kids getting jumped on by adults they can be safe in their own little section! Five stars will be going back when I'm in town again!

Clean wherever you look. One individual really stood out with his work intensity...Carson Turner.Friendly, helpful staff. Great service.Lots of youngsters having fun.A bit too loud for my ears, but that issue was solved with a package of earplugs from Harbor Freight next door.

Love this place for my kids. So much to do. They've added a small game room. Lots of massage chairs for the parents to enjoy. I appreciate how open it is, it makes it easier to keep an eye on my kiddos. There is plenty of seating for parents who don't want to jump.

We recently came here (my first time with one kiddo, but my older kiddo has been before) when the smoke in the area was so bad. My kids had so much fun getting their energy out, and the staff was fantastic. They allowed everyone to have fun but were also mindful and not afraid to say something to help keep the smaller kiddos safe - sometimes I feel like staff is afraid to speak up but I felt like on the day we were there they had a good balance. I also liked that lots of the seating is up above where I can actually watch my kids play! We will definitely be back!

Went for my sons 9th birthday, the kids had so much fun. I was really impressed with a couple young men who helped my son overcome his fear of heights so he could go on the zip line. They were so patient and understanding. It meant the world to him and me, thank you.
