Me, my son, and kids' father go here as it's the most conveniently located, with very few adjustments to our medications in the last few years unless it's a slight dosage adjustment to account for childhood growth.
This location just seems to be full of people who don't really take their job seriously- correctly and accurately providing medications on time, is a literal life or death industry.
They are often really unfriendly or downright disrespectful in tone and language choice. They carry themselves as though their actual goal is to come between you and your life saving or life-changing medication. They will frequently just not fill, several days go by, then finally after a week when there is absolutely no time left to avoid a med gap, you call and they haven't even begun the process of filling, as though they had no idea it got sent in. When you arrive to pick up, they will have actually just filled things partially, with no urgency to complete things as you continue to wait. There were SEVERAL experiences that felt aggressively interrogative in the beginning, as opposed to just asking questions to fulfill their responsibilities.
It's really disheartening to continue to have this experience when every other pharmacy or pharmacy chain seems to place importance on detail, accuracy, timeliness, and friendliness.
We may change pharmacies, however it's such a hassle once the entire family is already established, and we would probably be told it was a red flag if we tried to change pharmacies anyway. I just hope someone sees this and can maybe implement retraining or something geared toward improvement, in this industry that needs to be taken seriously.

Employees are nice. But I think they probably need to get even nicer to make up for the slow speed and incredible lines that stack up EVERY time I’ve been through. Don’t risk getting to the pharmacy 30 mins before closing time. Probably won’t make it to the front before they roll down the window.

Employees are nice, helpful, pharmacy area is clean and good customer service.
Update: Not first issue by far!! Issues with 4 medications In a week. Call Savon talk to pharmacist and stated my Antibiotics would be ready by 7 just need to be there by 7. I left my child’s last school performance and hurried to pharmacy to get their before closing at 7pm and get to pharmacy and park run in at 7:00 and 20 seconds looking at my watch and the closed pharmacy doors pharmacy employees look at me and look away. So I wasted time and gas coming from College Place to Eastgate. Hurry back to my child last school performance of the year to no seating. So don’t feel good, no antibiotics and now have to stand for child’s performance.
- I have heard so many stories and have personally seen so many issues with pharmacy. I work in healthcare and I’m appalled at how this pharmacy does business. Many recent reviews below mine explain a few of the many issues.
I found out that the pharmacy closed at 5:30 pm today as a friend’s child is unable to get his needed antibiotics today as well.

For weeks I was calling constantly, only to be told that they didn't have my prescription. I would call my doctor's office, have them send over the prescription, wait 2 days, and then call this pharmacy back. Finally, upon going in person, I found that they had multiple accounts made for me, and they didn't have my prescription filled as it had "been sitting too long on the shelf." I never received a call that my prescription was filled, and despite calling, I was never told that my prescription was being filled. I go back in person today (after being told in person yesterday that they would refill my prescription and it would be available for pick up), and to the surprise of no one, it was not ready. So, despite numerous calls, and two in person visits, I still had to wait while they refilled and printed out my forms for me. Honestly, I'm nearly impressed with how terrible the communication here must be. I've gotten my prescription once, and I will now be moving it literally anywhere else. I'd rather get my medication from a back alley.

I have 1, just one, single prescription medication to keep track of and this pharmacy manages to lose track of it and delete it from their system. It was an anti-glaucoma eye-drop medicine. It's a fairly standard medication to prevent glaucoma.
And yet as soon as I wanted that medication transferred to Tallman's Pharmacy, which is here in the same town, (so I wouldn't have to wait in Albertson's 10-15 minute long lines every time I wanted a refill), the Albertsons pharmacists manage to delete the prescription medication from their records and lose it. Now I have to contact my optometrist and see if I can get him to reissue the prescription to my new pharmacy. This will probably cause me to have a gap in my prescription causing my eyes to go un-medicated for a while.
A SINGLE prescription is all I have and they managed to LOSE IT right when I wanted it transferred to another pharmacy! Coincidence? In- person an Albertsons pharmacist informed me that the prescription was too old (I only have to get a refill, at most, once a month after all) and so it could not be transferred to another pharmacy because it is no longer in their system, causing there to be nothing to transfer. I honestly don't think this would have happened though if I had not asked for the prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy...
The only reasonable interpretation I can draw from this experience is that, at best, Albertsons Savon pharmacy is disorganized and overworked. At worst, well, I just hope they aren't prone to making any mistakes more serious than this.

They are great with notifications when prescriptions are ready for pick up. Very efficient however lines are always really long to get to the cash register. I've left 3 times after waiting 20 minutes or better.

I am keeping this Review here but I am adding to it and changing my Star rating and this is why. We all can have bad days and we as humans act towards one another poorly because of that. I am not going into details but Tyson at Savon helped me understand this. So, be patient and understanding to each other. Act kindly even when it is the hardest.
I have understood the short staff due to the pandemic, however after over a year the poor customer service that I received today and the hoops that had to be gone through to find out they didn't even ran my prescription through my insurance was the final straw. When employees feel they do not have to have any knowledge to their app, or even how to verify information there is a larger problem then short staffed.

Drive-thru is never open when advertised. The staff seems to close it whenever they don't feel like working it. Three of the last four times I've been there to get my meds, the drive-thru was closed even though it was during their drive-thru hours.

Switched from Rite Aid. What a difference! Everyone is kind. I feel like i matter here. Communication with my doctors is swift and accurate. Refills are handled quickly, usually in a day. So grateful for this pharmacy.

I go there to get my immunization shots because they are fast, friendly and efficient and they are convenient for me, location wise. Also, if there's a wait, I can grocery shop.

I was told on a friday morning at about 9:50 am my pain med was in stock and would be ready within an hr or so then when I didnt get any text updates I called them kept getting automated message pharmacist busy right now try back in 5 minutes etc finally I went down there after not being able to contact them via phone I I sent my husband he arrived there shortluly before 1pm several hrs after my morning call telling me my prescription would be ready. When he arrived he was told they didnt know what I was talking about and by the time I could contact my dr to get this sent to another pharmacy my dr had left for the day. I was told my medication was not only out of stock but in a shortage and they didnt know when they would get it. I have chronic pain I have a handful of very painful conditions this medication is urgent. It's not one that anyone should ever have to get cut off of cold Turkey. I was out of my medication and it was a friday They wouldn't even try to give me a partial refill they avoided my question and said they didnt have any of my medicine He said it felt very strange as if there was something they weren't telling us maybe they filled someone else before mine etc but I didnt even recieved a text or phone call. I should add He said they kept looking at one another as if they knew something we didnt which seemed really sketchy.Since I was unable to reach them they didn't make it easy either I'm in milton Freewater. I will go somewhere else where I feel I'm treated like a normal human being. I understand being out of a medication but don't tell your customers one thing then change your story later and in this kinda case not even call the person. This is the kind of mistake that can have dire circumstances
