Switched from Rite Aid. What a difference! Everyone is kind. I feel like i matter here. Communication with my doctors is swift and accurate. Refills are handled quickly, usually in a day. So grateful for this pharmacy.

I go there to get my immunization shots because they are fast, friendly and efficient and they are convenient for me, location wise. Also, if there's a wait, I can grocery shop.

I was told on a friday morning at about 9:50 am my pain med was in stock and would be ready within an hr or so then when I didnt get any text updates I called them kept getting automated message pharmacist busy right now try back in 5 minutes etc finally I went down there after not being able to contact them via phone I I sent my husband he arrived there shortluly before 1pm several hrs after my morning call telling me my prescription would be ready. When he arrived he was told they didnt know what I was talking about and by the time I could contact my dr to get this sent to another pharmacy my dr had left for the day. I was told my medication was not only out of stock but in a shortage and they didnt know when they would get it. I have chronic pain I have a handful of very painful conditions this medication is urgent. It's not one that anyone should ever have to get cut off of cold Turkey. I was out of my medication and it was a friday They wouldn't even try to give me a partial refill they avoided my question and said they didnt have any of my medicine He said it felt very strange as if there was something they weren't telling us maybe they filled someone else before mine etc but I didnt even recieved a text or phone call. I should add He said they kept looking at one another as if they knew something we didnt which seemed really sketchy.Since I was unable to reach them they didn't make it easy either I'm in milton Freewater. I will go somewhere else where I feel I'm treated like a normal human being. I understand being out of a medication but don't tell your customers one thing then change your story later and in this kinda case not even call the person. This is the kind of mistake that can have dire circumstances

Drive-thru is never open when advertised. The staff seems to close it whenever they don't feel like working it. Three of the last four times I've been there to get my meds, the drive-thru was closed even though it was during their drive-thru hours.

4 hours to fill my meds. Every time the old lady would tell me to come back in 30. So I come back she tells me it's not thier fault came back about an hour and half later. Nothing. Came up after four hours and the woman again says sorry gives us 15. No way it should people after me be getting there meds in 5 minutes. Never come back here ever

I have been using this pharmacy exclusively for a decade + for all prescriptions and vax.I had requested flu and COVID-19 shots today while shopping and listening to the neverending loop on the store speakers saying to stop by and get flu, COVID boosters or anything. Sounded like a great idea, I was with my kids and they are in school during week, perfect opportunity!WE WERE REFUSED. "Short-staffed". I stood 20 feet away with the temporary store director, (the office door is 20 feet away from the pharmacy) for 10 minutes. 1 customer to pickup Rx. I wasn't asking for anything other than what was incessenty being offered.Very bad customer service. May just as well take my shopping to Super 1 and scripts to Rite-Aid.

A continuation of bad experiences. You can never get anyone on the phone (the “the pharmacist is away”, per the recordings) so you have to leave messages. I finally spoke with someone after 1 automated RF request followed by several messages, only to be told my dr wants to see me before my RF. I get that. What I don’t get is why they don’t return patient’s calls or let them know that their RF has been denied? The answer I got ‘is that they can’t call everyone’. Nice customer service.I have also made numerous trips to pickup a med as I was told it’d be ready the next only to find out from the staff the next day that the request hadn’t even been sent to my dr.Lastly, be aware if you’re a new customer in their drive through, they put your debit card in your prescription bag. I wasn’t told this upon picking up my very first rx and tossed my card away with the unwanted bag not knowing. By far the worst pharmacy I’ve been too in any city. I gave them two stars bc I think they’re understaffed and that may account for many of these problems.

They are great at communicating with your Dr. office and helping figure out issues with insurance, also the drive through makes picking up your prescriptions quick and easy

Great store!Always clean, great selection of foods & prices to choose from, all of the staff is always friendly, courteous, and more than happy to help me anyway that they can while I'm there, and they do,whenever I ask them for help with something.Pharmacy o.k., nothing too special. Backed out of having all of my prescription drugs filled there though, because they do NOT offer the option of having your meds. bubble packed by the pharmacist for you, like Safeway on Plaza Way does for me.(Yes, this option of "bubble packing" IS universal in different pharmacies, too!!!)Get with the program, Albertsons & like your partnered store, Safeway!!! Other than that, Albertsons has & always will be a great store to go to.

1 star off for these new inconvenient hours.I have a delicate balance of medication which took years to work out. And I know I am difficult to wait on.John has Always taken his time to make sure I understand a new medication and always checks to make sure I’m continuing to do well on the prescription mix I am on.I wish Nikki took my situation as seriously.
