So much for Albertsons. Their deli sucks as much as Safeway. No chicken at 5pm, only dark for same price as mixed. Salads ridiculously priced. This is last time we go either place for chicken. Let down at all.

We’ve been doing most of our grocery shopping at Albertsons for a very long time. Kids are grown and off to college…had little to no problems outside of the bathrooms some three ago as they were very neglected. I mentioned this to a Supervisor and last few days it’s apparent someone is using more elbow grease. Alright Mr. Clean step up! Staff have always been nice and professional to me. By the way they have a great open door policy. Locality is a big plus!

Clean and well organized. It was packed yet quick self-check. Only issue was parking as the fireworks stand stops you from pulling through and was a real cluster. It was the 3rd so a little hectic was expected. Staff seemed friendly.

I typically love this store, but lately, something weird has been happening. It may have happened multiple times, and I just didn’t notice. Twice now I have had a checker complete the survey for me! They tilt the screen toward themselves, give themselves a 10 and then hit enter before I can even see the screen. Today it happened while I was still unloading my cart! When I ask about it, they make stuff up about skipping it, or needing to do it for some customers, or flat out denying it. I have called corporate once, but it’s still happening. So stores that aren’t doing the best get inflated scores while stores that are doing the best they can have poor scores, but at least they are real. Disappointing to say the least. Only one of the people who did it had a tag that said employee of the year!

This used to be my go-to grocery store for last minute items before work. However, they have closed self checkout until 9am, so I waited in line for 15 minutes to purchase 4 items. Clerk was very rude and not concerned about the customers waiting in two long lines. Will be going to another grocery store for quick morning trips in the future.

I like the people who work at Albertsons and the prices are good on some things and not so good on others. But for some reason, veggies and fruit are sub-par. I perfer Andys produce. Other than that, they are fine.

Do not shop at this place, The store director thinks it's okay for her baker manger to yell at her employees and tell them they are not good enough at their job and they found someone better and saying she'll never be good enough because it's her best friend. This is abuse and abusing power. I work in the restaurant field and THIS IS NOT OKAY. They need to be taken away from their title to get better training. Someone needs to call LNI on them

Update: A lot has changed since my measly 2-star rating 3 yrs ago. The app is vastly improved. It could be better, but it's no longer horrible. We've gone back to shopping there more.
Quality and selection of products is good, and their sales can be great. The store is clean and pleasant. Keep it up!
I shop a lot at Albertson's and, for the most part, really like the store. But the problems with their app are becoming nearly unbearable. Using the app, you add items to your "list" (or, you can scan the sale barcode located on the shelf), move the items from your "list" to the "cart", you might even redeem a "reward". And then you go to check out, entering the phone number associated with the app and the rewards, and full prices are rung up about half of the time. W.T.H?!?
At least the CS desk is good at issuing refunds. It's enough to make you go back to paper. Or Amazon for non-perishables!

Great customer service at the cashier to making sure I got the right price.The meat dept. Bought some fish that was on sale, n decided I wanted n she wasn't very happy cause she had to print a new ticket. But did ask me if I needed anything else. She was nice though.
