The guy that helped us at AT&T did a great job at getting what we needed done in a timely matter and was very nice! He for sure deserves a position high up in the company! :)

Was overcharged over $300. Called both customer service and the store...I was never called back. Didn't get my money back so I switched. Took 2 months to unlock paid phones. Had to unlock them 3 different times. Huge hassle. Will not be needing their service.

So much better than before. It’s been about a year since I needed to go into the store and was dreading it but to my surprise the staff and the manager were extremely helpful. Courteous professional staff and a clean store. Thanks for the good experience!

A sales rep for AT&T (Ryan Woods) told us we would get free phones for switching to AT&T and we switched 8 months ago. Went into the store yesterday and found out we owe 600.00 for each phone. Disgraceful. We are 2 seniors who feel we got duped into this deal and should have known better. Beware of dealing these folks.

Store has improved massively in the last 4-5 months. Honest and consistent staff, great help with all my new device and billing needs.
