“Jim Tackett and his staff at Baker Boyer Bank rescued our real estate purchase. Due to the horrible appraisal of the property, our original lender refused to fund the loan. We were referred to Jim a week before our scheduled closing date since Baker Boyer offers loan programs for these situations. The seller (H.U.D.) was reluctant to provide us with an extension to close escrow so our transaction seemed doomed. Jim and his staff worked a miracle and we closed escrow on time! Jim and Janice could not have been more accommodating and efficient. We live in Richland so initially I was a bit reluctant to work with Jim since he is based in Walla Walla. Jim utilized the staff at the Kennewick branch for our documentation collection and they were equally proficient and professional. Without Jim, Janice, and the rest of the Baker Boyer team our real estate transaction would have been lost. It goes without saying that we highly recommend Jim Tackett and Baker Boyer Bank and will will certainly do business with them in the future.”

“I absolutely adore this bank! They really are the world greatest bank. They have helped me so much with my small business. They have great policies. Compared to other banks, that have so many regulations and policies that make banking almost impossible. Umpqua has a great staff, I have really loved the atmosphere that they give off In both locations CP and Walla Walla. I really do miss them being open on Saturdays that was a real convenience for me, but none the less the staff has always been able to help me. At both locations I am able to do my banking "quick and easy" and always I'm greeted with a friendly face. Any one looking for "painless banking" would appreciate and love this bank.”

“WOW, To the guy who left review about the employee who called another employee by phone that was only feet away , I am not sure why you were offset by that. In the banking business I deal with ,I would be more upset if employees were yelling my information across the room to each other no matter what it concerned, that would be the kind of bank I would not do business with. I am not sure how much banking business you do ordinarily but sounds like you might owe employees an apology for looking out for your best interest. Cudos to the employees that had to deal with this matter. I enjoy coming into this bank occasionally with a family member and we have discussed the staff and how much he loves dealing with anyone of them. So to Jonathon, Andrea , Matt keep up the great team work.”
