Took 6 months to get ahold of someone concerning the closure of my father's account as he had passed. No customer service..no understanding of losing a father..no streamline compassionate process. They want his money...they want your money...never did get the check issued to me although the wrong name...a nightmare..I gave up..they disgraced him..myself and will choose profit over people with you too.

HORRIBLE customer service. I find it ridiculous that non customers have to walk in the branch instead of going through the drive through. It's punitive AF. You will absolutely never get me as a customer if you treat me that badly as a non-customer. 100000% do NOT recommend

I don't typically take the time to leave bad reviews, but... whew. This has to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life, and I am almost 40 years old and have worked for banks and credit unions for over 15 years. They have fees for literally everything! It was a mistake moving my HELOC from BECU to this institution. I have never in my life heard of a bank requiring you to call once a year to re-lock your drawn funds rate, but they do, and they don't tell you that upfront. If you make a payment from an external bank, they don't honor the day you make the payment and it sometimes takes 7 days for their funds transfer to complete ? They charge you 4 dollars a month just to have a bank account, and if you don't keep any money in it, they'll advance your fee from your HELOC for it. They charge you 100 dollars a year just to have a HELOC open with them, and they charged me 25 dollars just to get my payoff balance, LOL! I have never been so relieved to pay off something. This bank is the epitome of nickel and diming its clients. I will never have anything nice to say about them to anyone, other than their staff in the branches are great to deal with, even though they look like they are exhausted from saying, "I'm sorry," all day every day. If you can use any other institution, please do it! Keeping your money under your mattress is more cost efficient than banking here.

I've been a banner bank for years. Recently I've had to file a couple of fraud alerts and get a new card. I found that one of the fraud alerts was a legitimate purchase so I came into this branch to get my new card and cancel the fraud alert. The lady at the front desk to the right of the door seemed upset that I was bothering her. She did issue me a new card but never canceled the fraud alert. After finding this out I had to go online and cancel it myself. Customer service is a big part of Banking and she's not good at it, so maybe she should go work somewhere else.. I won't come back to this branch in the future..

Be careful when going through the ATM you will scrape up your car on the curb pulling out if you don't watch the curb like a hawk.

Worst Bank!! They charge you the most outrageous amounts over and over and almost laugh at you if you ask for help!! It was shocking how cold they were. We have to find another bank now!! No way will we stay with them now.!Horrible people!!
