Unfortunately I had high hopes, though due to several miscommunications, a clear lack of interest and creating a false narrative of tax law, according to the IRS agent who reviewed my return, I paid for a tax return followed by another inaccurate amended return. To be fair the amended return was due to my error as a W-2 was not sent out yet by a previous employer. The issue with the amended return is that it contained the same inaccurate filing generated on the original as my income was not entered correctly which inflated my refund, relative to the amount that I received. I was told there was a new tax law by the accountant to which the IRS agent had no idea what law he was referencing. I asked for support in the matter and for the company to make the situation right. It's been three months and I have been ignored after asking that they fix their mistakes without charging me again. I am working with the IRS to file the correct amended form, though it is relatively complicated so I may have to use a different accountant. Please note, my experience does not mean you will have the same issue. Thank you
