Charged my car for $10 and only gave me 5 minutes to vacuum my entire car. Vacuum hardly worked trash all over the place will never return!

The hose had a hole in it and it was unusable. I didnt notice until after i payed, and the minimum payment is $3 so I wasted 3 dollars there. I pulled into a different bay, and there was very little water pressure there, so we wasted another 3 dollars there. Massive waste of 6 dollars.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I used to love coming to this car wash. That was before new ownership. Now, its a waste of money and time. They charge you 10$ to wash no matter what. Even if you just rinse your rig and all it takes is 4 minutes, it'll still cost you 10$. Does matter if you turn the knob to stop, the timer may stop but the time they are charging you for doesn't. They over charged me twice for a car wash. I stopped coming here for about a year because of it. Notjingneber seems tk wkrk right. The triple conditioner nevr has enough pressure to actually get any on the car. The foam brush always seems to be out of soap. I thought id give it another go so today, I stopped, just to vacuum out the truck rental I had. They charged me 10$ for 5 minutes. 2$ a minute is ridiculous! I'll never use this car wash again! And I'll be sure to tell everyone I know ow not to use it also. The owners are crooked. All the offer you is a gift card if you complain. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. The gift card I got from them a year ago didnt work so I had to get another one, it was such a hassle!

I hate this car wash so much. There’s always something broken, their card readers totally suck, and today I went through their touchless wash and basically feel ripped off. Worthless system couldn’t even get the damn bugs off my windshield or the dirt off the car. Complete waste of time and money. The pictures below are within minutes of leaving the place.

The young man on duty this afternoon agreed there was a problem. He quickly made it right without prompting by me. Excellent service.
Came back 12JUL2025. Bay to the right of the service closet. Seven minutes on SOAP and not a drop of soap came out. Touchless wash has soap...please fix your equipment.

Pressure washer is always out of soap, car brush spray leaks foam all over you, and is expensive as hell. Do better

Barely better than a garden hose. Pre-soak tri-color wax and spot-free rinse didn’t work. No tar and bug pre-soak remover.

Charges twice as much as 9th street car wash and is no better. Automatically stops at $10 whether your done or not. Then it's a minimum $3 to finish the last 30 seconds you needed. I can completely wash same vehicle at 9th street for around $5.
