We got to visit this bookstore while we were visiting our family and had an incredible time. The store is beautiful and has a huge selection of books. They were also having a sale while we were there, so we got one book free, essentially.Well worth a visit and on a great street with plenty of wineries and other shops. It’s a jewel!

What a cute little book store and more! They have a thoughtfully organized selection of books, games and trinkets. I found a selection of stickers near the counter to be exceptional. If you are looking for a unique gift for someone, this might be just the place. The staff was helpful and kind, even if you do show up right when they open. I found the pricing to be average, so I'm giving four solid stars!

Wonderful bookstore with strong book offerings across many genres + lots of game choices.Fun engaging with staff passionate about books - one who gave me a list of recommendations for an author I am interested in reading.If I lived closer, I'd be there all the time.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was helpful and kind, however the lady cashier that “helped” me was the opposite. I asked if they offer a veterans discount and obviously she asked for ID. So, I showed her my Washington State ID that was issued by the DOL and she informed me that was not sufficient identification. Thank goodness I had my VA ID or else she wouldn’t have believed me, which I have never had to show proof of besides at the VA because it’s on my Washington state ID. I had to ask her how much it was because I wasn’t told. The price she told me didn’t reflect the price online and the receipt said nothing about a discount, so I called to ask about it and report the bad customer service. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was trying to get me to speak to the cashier that I dealt with, which I stated that I was extremely uncomfortable with. Then, management calls me and tells me that there was confusion on my end and that I did get the discount. Because of my apparent confusion and the lack of care of customer support, I do not feel comfortable shopping here again or going into the store. I wish that I could’ve just had it shipped, so that I don’t have to dread going into this store again.
