They treated me well, I did not know the account number to deposit for Arizona and they were very kind in helping me, good service in Spanish, the man treated me well. I am about to open an account in that bank for my business.

This review does not directly refer to this particular bank, but the general company.I had initially went to chase as I used to travel a bit more, and it was more convenient. Since then, I have found them to be terrible. They gouge their customers upon opportunity, they have fees for their fees, their customer support is a joke in soooo many ways.Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I would choose to have no bank, then to be robbed by this hellish corporation.

Twice in the last six weeks, I have made a deposit in this branch and Chase has put an extended hold on the check of the maximum legal duration of 9 days. Other local banks hold deposits for a maximum of 3 days. I asked the branch manager to release the funds earlier. He attempted to release the funds, but was overruled by Corporate. I called Corporate and explained to them that the payment check had cleared the bank one day after I deposited it, but they still refused to release the funds. If you want your deposits released in a timely fashion use a local bank. I imagine Chase is playing the "float" at the expense of it's long term customers.

Drove 1/2 hour to get to the Walla Walla branch to exchange savings bonds, they asked me to wait, waited 1/2 hour, overhead them say 4 times it was going to take a while and they did not know how to do it, lobby was empty most of the time, they asked me to come back later
