In a three-day span Bekins helped me arrange a move locally for my college kid in Walla Walla even though I live in another part of the country. It was not cheap, but it had to get done. Bekins made it happen. You get what you pay for.

Fast, friendly, and professional! Very well organized and efficient. Easily worth the money! They caused a couple minor dings to door frames while moving items into the new house, but they were right on top of processing a damage claim, no big deal.

They don’t have Walla Walla location anymore, the crews come from Pasco. Other options in town might be cheaper.

Everybody knows that moving can be a very stressful time, but working with Bekins really took a LOT of stress out of the equation for me. They kept in regular contact with me, were flexible when I needed to change my move date due to a medical issue, and the laborers were prompt and professional. I absolutely recommend using Bekins for your next move!

We used Bekins here in Walla Walla and the crew that came could not have been more professional. We received excellent communication from everyone we spoke with and the costs were very much in line with other professional movers. We'll definitely use them again.

The only reason I can give them 2 stars is because the crew was nice. Other than that I would not recommend Bekins. The movers did not take even basic care to protect my furniture. An antique floor lamp was snapped in 2 at the base and cannot be repaired, my antique dresser was gouged and scratched and MANY other furniture items were scratched/gouged/chipped. I sent a claim and today received a check for $24.00. Completely unacceptable!!!! This move cost me thousands of dollars and they did a terrible job. I have moved myself many times and have never had this kind of damage. I am now disabled and I can no longer load and unload a truck. I trusted Bekins to take care of my possessions and clearly that did not happen.

We asked for an estimate and they came out and looked at the house July 1st. Before leaving, they told us they'd send over the estimate first thing next week (July 5th). We waited all week and never received any communication. We had to call corporate on the 11th to get a response. Immediately the local office sent an email and said our requested date was booked. If they had reached out the prior week we *might* have been able to book an alternate date that worked. Now we're stuck scrambling to find someone else because they couldn't follow up on their commitments. On top of this, they deny that there was 'any delay' in service.

I can’t believe how kind and accommodating they were to us. Our move was delayed by several hours due to an issue with our moving van and they worked with us day of. Their communication and hard work was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend using this service. I would also like to mention that I called about 4-5 other movers and they were the only ones to call me back at all.

Bekins for us in last minute after another moving company tried to scam us. We’re so grateful for them and they did an excellent job on our move. Unlike the other company they charged us after the move not before. I couldn’t recommend them higher.
