Your bank has gone way down hill yesterday you couldn’t even open your downtown branch due to being understaffed. After over 20 years I’m leaving as soon as possible.

New Manager Taber is the worst 'Bank Manager ' . I had a very bad experience in hapo bank with him and now in community bank again. Also I want to mention about the new staff in community bank downtown branch is also not likes to work They are very lazy and do not make any positive effort to help clients.

Horrible bank that fails in every aspect of consumer service as it's COO admittedly doesn't even know the banking laws or Consumer Fraud protections under federal laws. They will string you along for months with their inaction after telling you to submit a request then months later admit it refuses to act. HORRIBLE little bank!!

Horrible bank that can do only the easiest of banking transactions. Anything more is beyond the knowledge of their COO who admits not knowing Consumer protection laws. The COO will personally tell you he misunderstood then advise you to submit info only to fail to act on it for months then rely on the same falseassumptions to arrive at the same flaweddecision previously brought to his. attention. His failure is epic and common at this bank.

This bank does little to serve their customers and if you file a complaint about their restricting your account without any communication with you whatsoever, they will then act against you in all areas. This used to be a great little bank but is now run by whiny babies that don't like being questioned about their horrible banking practices and will misstate and gaslight in formal responses to the Attorney General. I wouldn't let them manage your piggy bank if I were you.

They intentionally will push your overdraft past the limit, just so they can collect their $64 overdraft fee.

They make up rules as they go. They are completely unprofessional. And if for some reason they don't like you, they will treat you like trash. There are about two women that work there that are kind and decent. The rest are unhelpful, rude and spiteful.

I love Community Bank! They have always gone way above and beyond the call of customer service. I appreciate that they value me and our community. I love that they stop by to see if we need anything or to introduce us to new employees. Excellent service and an amazing group of people! I have had nothing but great experiences at Community Bank. DaShari Cinnamon opened my account and she was very kind and professional. I have had great experiences with everyone who works in this branch. When I walk in they are all very friendly and greet me with a smile.Not only do they have exceptional customer service, but their online banking is very user friendly. I would recommend opening an account with this bank to all my friends and family.
