I have been looking for a newer Jeep to trade in my 2009 wrangler. I have been to multiple lots and have had multiple trade in offers. 10-13k. I have done a ton of research about what it’s worth. They told me they couldn't do more than 6k. It upsets me because when he said it to me he brought how much I owe. An incorrect amount too. He didn’t even write the info down. I know what I owe. I have 2-3k in neg equity that will carry over. They don’t advertise and market their vehicles on other car sites so they tend to sit on the lot for a long time. He even told my husband the last Jeep he had it sit on the lot for 2 years. You decided as the owner of a car lot not to try other avenues to sell your cars and somehow that’s your future potential customers fault. A used cars worth is on a spectrum and ranges. But that. That was simply wrong and rude. Put your cars on the other site like auto trader so people can actually find them. I traveled to Seattle to see a Jeep before I even saw yours locally to me. Trust me. They sell. If you google Jeep wrangler Walla Walla. It still doesn’t come up. No one knows you have the cars unless you drive by or search specifically for this business. No accurate photos either. Just pay for marketing or pay someone else to do it. . Invest in yourself. Business 101. They said if I sold my Jeep myself, I should come back. So rude. It’s literally your job. Be better. To yourself, Your business, and most importantly to people.

We took our GMC Yukon in for an oil change and the team was great! It only took about an hour and they went the extra mile by topping off all the fluids and checked tire pressure. We’ll definitely be back in 5k miles for another servicing appointment! Thanks, team!

The 5-star experience first began when I called to inquire on an in-transit truck. Throughout the process I dealt with Dan and David. Given the current market for new/used vehicles, I assumed there would be a mark up. When I asked what they were selling it for, Dan's response was "I don't have that information right in front of me at the moment, but we would sell it for whatever the sticker says on the website". I asked what would be needed to put my name on it, meaning how much would they require for a deposit (expecting $500-$1,000). Dan said, "your name and phone number and we will call you when it gets in". This occurred in early March 2022 and I ended up taking delivery late May 2022. The delivery issues were no fault of Dayl Graves. When the truck finally came in, I got the phone call from David and the "negotiation" began. The sale price of the new truck matched the window sticker and I was offered a fair price for my trade. We agreed to meet on a Saturday and I made the 3 hour drive to Walla Walla. Upon arrival, I was greeted by David & Dan who showed me the truck in the shop and we did our walk through. We went inside to sign the paperwork and David had EVERYTHING pre-filled. All I had to do was sign on the dotted lines. I was at the dealership for a grand total of 1 hour. This transaction was the most efficient, painless, straightforward process I could imagine for vehicle purchase. Dan & David provided excellent communication throughout the process, offered a fair price for my trade and I couldn't be happier with the efficiency of the transaction. I would absolutely recommend Dayl Graves Inc for a new vehicle purchase. Given the current market for new/used vehicles, buyers will have to be patient and understand that there are a lot of variables that dealerships have very little control of - like when the cars arrive at dealership lots. I wouldn't do business with David or anyone else at Dayl Graves for all the tea in China after my experience today. Self-important, conceited and rude and those are his good qualities. This used to be a great dealership but apparently that's all in the rearview now. Sad.

I went to the dealership last September (2020) and asked if they could replace my rear bumper on my 2018 GMC. It was damaged in the Walmart parking lot. Totally covered by my insurance company.Was told that they did not have a body man and that I could bring it back at a later date.I finally received a call from Adam and dropped it off last Monday (8 months later)and was told that it would be done by Thursday. No one called and let us know that it had been sent out to another body shop.That's the reason I took it there was to have them do the work along with 2 recalls that needed to be done.If I wanted someone else to do the work, I would have taken it to them myself. Needless to say, they won't be doing anything for me. Including recalls or service.

First off from the moment I called about my brand new 80k GMC AT4 truck I could tell that Kevin in the service department was unwilling to help with a break issue that GM has already identified as a mess up on there part. After talking with him several times over a 2 week period of me calling him and him never returning my calls then him out right Lying to me about leaving a message with me he told me that they were not able to fix the issue because the vehicle was not purchased with them. Then when I questioned him about it he hung up the phone. I new then For sure this is not a place I would ever give my hard earned money to in purchasing a new vehicle from them or anything in that matter.
