I bought a two horse — slant load recently from Don Johnson Sales. My salesman was Tom and he was amazing. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone and told him what I needed— he set out yo make my hope of purchasing the trailer— my reality.
I live five hours away from the dealership and he made the process incredibly easy. Tom is a gentleman and truly understands the art of customer service.

Spent an entire day to drive to the lot to check out a trailer. Was working with Tom to sort out the details and get the trailer bought. Next thing I know, he sold it to someone else.
Absolutely infuriating. Complete waste of time, and just downright rude. Compete lack of courtesy, and poor way to do business.

After meeting the amazing owner (Gary), and experiencing an exceptional delivery of a new CK2620, I am happy to share a positive review of Don Johnson Sales.
My salesman (Nick) and service technician (Allen), provided outstanding customer service in conducting a flawless delivery of the tractor.
Once I got to know these fine folks, I realized that they really care about doing right by their customers.

Great experience! Purchase experience was excellent! Trailer was prepped well. All latch's lubed. Washed and ready to go! Trails beautifully behind the truck. When we pulled in the yard Ziggy ( my horse) was quite excited to see his new ride! Highly recommend Don Johnson Trailer Sales!
Se took my 2013 goose neck to them to sell sold quickly!

Tom was great to work with. One of the most simple purchases I have made, a long with great prices. If you are in the market for a trailer this is the place to go. The staff is down to earth and friendly, and they genuinely want to help you get in the right trailer.

The young man showing us horse trailers was very helpful. However, the trailer we went to buy had been reserved by someone else just before we arrived to buy it. A few days later, they called to say that other sale fell through. Did we still want the trailer. We decided against it.

Our salesman Tom was great to work with. Did everything over the phone. Obtained our own finance through our credit union and he provided us everything we needed. We needed a ramp installed on the trailer and it was done while we had lunch. Trailer was exactly as described and very satisfied. Would definitely purchase from them again
