DRIVE TO TRICITIES!!!!Went in to get my engagement ring sized down and the lady did not seem to take me seriously until she looked at the ring under her microscope and changed her mind but said it would take 3 weeks. It was a very uncomfortable experience and she would not even size me there. Worst customer service I’ve had for a long time. Drove to tricities, ring was done in 1 day.

Went in for a simple ring sizing. They had helped me before and offered good service and were very pleasant. Not anymore. Very cringe experience will not recommend or spend money here. If you choose to work in customer service maybe being nice to people would be a good first step. Yikes.

I would not recommend even stepping foot into this establishment. My daughter went to get her engagement ring sized and the women that helped her was extremely rude and ruined the entire experience for her. The manager was not very helpful in the situation either. Very disappointed in their customer service or lack there of.

I had my engagement ring and wedding band welded together here. When I got the ring back, the prongs holding the diamond had turned from silver to a dirty brownish color, and I was concerned but after emailing them the problem was fixed. They answered immediately and I brought the ring in, and they polished it. Now it looks great and shiny silver again. I’m happy with the customer service they provided!

The staff member who assisted me for the several months of design and manufacture was creative and enthusiastic as she helped me turn my concept into reality. For starters I live in the Lewiston/ Clarkston area and will be doing my business at Falkenberg's fromNow on. I had a very sentimental ring lost. Shauna took a very tough emotional situation and delivered and absolutely beautiful out come. She handled me with grace while being extremely efficient at the same time. She Listened to what I wanted and gave me options. Thank you for your amazing service, honesty and authenticity. Highly highly recommend!

It's taken me 3 tries and almost 3 years to write a review about my experience with Faulkenberg's Jewelers because of how traumatic the experience and the damage their outsourced jeweler had done to my wedding set and I am still paying the cost.I brought my wedding rings of almost 29 years to them to have prongs reset from normal wear. I have had done by Kay's with no problem and they outsource. No pictures were taken, I assumed it was an in-house jeweler. 2 weeks later, I receive estimate and told it would be done in a week. 3 weeks without wedding rings. I asked why so long for estimate and fix. Informed that it was shipped to outsource. What?!? When returned my rings had been reset and bent up but I was so thankful to have back that it took me an hour or more to register my setting and rings were resoldered off from center diamond. My wedding set had been changed without permission. My diamond was recessed with prongs way up. I cried. I brought rings in. No money back. $250 out and had to trust them to send it out again and return right. I did. Next time returned with prongs cut off, diamond centered but still lowered. No, my ring was specific designed to float. Fix this, please? I'm begging and trying to be kind. Another trip to outsourced jeweler. Almost 8 weeks total without rings the ring is returned. Holes filled wear they removed gold. I'm so thankful to have it back I can barely speak. Still no return on money paid out. 4 months later center diamond slides. I brought to Ben Bridges in Kennewick to have repaired. They outsource to jeweler, pictures are taken, measurements and grade (I'll never know will I if those were the ones that were in rings before Faulkenbergs). I returned to tell Faulkenberg's Shauna that my center diamond was sliding and having repaired and the cost. She wasn't apologetic but upset because I didn't bring my wedding set back and entrust it to them. How could I?Today, the soldering fell apart on my wedding set. I will never trust them.

Amazing original family-owned and operated staple to Walla Walla’s Downtown!!! I have always had the best experience while shopping at Falkenbergs! I’ve received the the most friendly and knowledgeable help from everyone that works in the shop!!! This particular purchase I came to them with a special request for jewelry for a toddler.... although I knew it wasn’t in stock they were able to place an order and get me exactly what I was looking for in a prompt manner. I would recommend them to everyone I know for any of their jewelry needs!

Falkenbergs has always taken such good care of us, helping me find things that fit our tastes that we could also afford when we were newly married, including our custom made wedding rings. Everyone who has helped us has always been so friendly, and they keep wishlists in the store (which is especially wonderful since we don’t live in Walla Walla anymore, and sometimes it’s a while before I get back in). Absolutely love them!
