Over priced for what it is. They are very proud of their belts, $500 for a piece of leather, and not very size inclusive. I wouldn’t shop here.

Beautiful store! High quality items. They fabricate most of the leather accessories in-store. Very friendly and helpful!

Extremely overpriced. This store caters to the rich and no one else.

Cool store. Cool inventory, but was NEVER offered help. Spent 5-10 purusing cowboy boots and was never approached. Even when I was finally greeted as I was leaving, I was never asked if I could be helped. Was it my Patagonia jacket and backpack that led them to believe I wasn't going to spend money? Funny thing, I was looking for a pair of cowboy boots for my wedding and would have dropped the $500-$600 for the boots had there been an interest in selling to me. Probably would have bought some clothes too. All my style. Maybe when I am here in June I'll try again or....maybe I'll find a store that seems interested in my money. I am not going to plaster three inch eyelashes with an equally thick coat of makeup to shop.

If only I had read the reviews BEFORE II wasted almost $4,000 (no that is not a typo)... Please, if you want to avoid sleepless nights of gut wrenching self-hatred at being scammed, DO NOT SHOP HERE! Every review about the unprecedented markup is absolutely true. My husband and I unfortunately stumbled upon this place window shopping in the ghost town of Walla Walla. We were having fun and rolling with trying on the outfits the owner, Dana, and another employee were bringing us. My husband looked really great in one of the outfits so we decided to get it. I also found some items to purchase. Since I don't know brands I wasn't sure of the pricing and my husband paid the bill without me seeing the total. When I looked up the jeans I had purchased (Kancans) I was in disbelief. They charged me $138 for a $60 pair of jeans! Do the math on the markup. I literally felt sick to my stomach. I didn't dare look at the prices for all the other items and just decided to try to enjoy them. I tried to contact the store but it appears once they have your money (and they figure you know you have been scammed) they know you won't be back so why have good customer service. We tried to support local and help the economy. It was a very expensive mistake. The people who own and work here definitely know how to "play" the shoppers. Shame on me.

I recently visited Walla Walla and went into this store. The service was friendly and they had some cute clothes. However, when I got home, I looked online and found the same items for as much as $100 less! I sent an email to the store to see about getting a price adjustment but they never responded. I feel like I have been scammed. I will not be back to this store and I strongly suggest anyone shopping here to do your research on the prices. I spent over $900 for what should have cost about $300! So unethical for a business to be run this way.

None of the staff wearing masks and passive aggressive when I politely pointed it out with the staff stating that masks are not mandatory . Beautiful clothes but very expensive and we ran out of there as it did not feel safe. In sharp contrast to literally every other wonderful store / winery / restaurant in Walla Walla. We spent our money at two other stores on the same street.

They don't seem to be into masks. That is concerning for a retailer right now.

This place was so many things and bizarre and rude are the words that pop to mind first. Also, None of the workers were wearing masks, which was alarming since its required by law, so that was uncomfortable. If you've ever seen the movie Pretty Woman you will remember the scene when Julia Roberts walks in and the snobby sales team do not want to serve her. This store was just like that only the owner was a 50 something wanting to be 40. When I entered she was doing a live Facebook video where she was dancing and singing all the while customers were shopping. It was awkward and off putting, especially when she looked at you and continued to do it. The clothes were expensive and were for an older generation of wine enthusiasts who wanted to look young and western or basically out of place, which the owner did while dancing. The 19 year old help was playing fiddle to the owner so needless to say, they were fake and didn't care about you unless you were a local. I say this because a local came in and the owner and young sales associate just about wet their pants they were so excited. I was then pushed aside. There are lots of cute places to stop and shop in Walla Walla and this is just not worth your time. You can see the bizarre and mildly entertaining part of the owner if you go to her Forward Boutique FB page and watch the odd dancing and talking to 2 viewers. It truly is quite comical.
