Made the switch from Safeway to Tallman's because I was tired of standing in line for 30+minutes, and it was definitely the right move, the line is rarely longer than 2 people, staff is polite and the best part is they offer free delivery.

Tallman's is a great pharmacy to get your prescriptions filled and delivered to your home. I recommend Tallman's Pharmacy to all.

AWFUL HOURS, UNABLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE TIMELY. HOLD'S MEDICATIONS HOSTAGE IF YOU WORK SAME HOURS. They blame lack of pharmacists on staff (for over a year), but refuse to hire locums pharmacists to improve processes, patient satisfaction and hours. I want to support local businesses and was a loyal customer for years, but they are not patient centric anymore and so many prople who depend on home delivery medicationsv will lose this service if this local pharmacy doesn't change their practices. Please be part of the solution instead of forcing us to transfer to chain pharmacies. Please.

Please do better! Amazing, caring compassionate staff before you made Tallman's a reliable and affordable pharmacy. Now, you are honestly worse than a big box chain store. It's not like you have touristy souvenirs or specialty soaps, you have life-dependent medications patients need, even on weekends!
It's sad to write a negative review for this small business that used to exceed expectations.
Now phones go unanswered, other pharmacies sigh when told they need to call you to transfer prescriptions because they are busy too and still manage to get medications filled. Texts go un-replied to and you are literally holding our required prescriptions hostage over weekends and OUR lunch hours because you do not have enough pharmacists. I saw your laundry list of excuses to another reviewer and while your patrons want to empathize, we need our medications, not excuses.
Your pharmacy had an excellent reputation and much needed home delivery service for some of the most in-need patients. Other pharmacies are handling area pharmacy closures and your issues didn't start because of that. Your limited hours for the holidays have extended into late April! We all see the writing on the wall. Staff will be your largest overhead, but if you don't have enough, you will not catch up.
I want to support you and transfer my medications back, but I NEED my prescribed medications. I hate to see you continue to decline because you lose patrons and then have to cut staff. A vicious cycle that will benefit no one. Hire a locums pharmacist or two and get your customers back so you can keep the doors open and Walla Walla can proudly support the Tallman's we have loved for decades!

Tallmans has really fallen off. Have to go in person to request a refill, because the phone isn't getting answered after 20 plus calls over 2 days. Then they don't even tell you they can't fill your meds, because they don't have it in stock until you go in to pick it up. No details of what perscription is filled in text alerts..geeez. I know rite aid closed and they're overwhelmed, but it's too much. They used to be a convenience, now they're an inconvenience.

It’s been an awful experience getting my prescriptions from Tallman’s the last three months. They’ve been extremely unreliable and, frankly, unprofessional. I really don’t like to give 1-star reviews in a small town like WW but after being a customer for only 3 months and having such a consistently poor experience, I feel it’s necessary to give feedback:1. They lost my prescription after confirming on the phone that it would be filled. I called back 5 days later and they had no record of a fill request being submitted.2. Instead of a 30 day fill at regular dosage that I requested, I was given a 16 day fill at half dosage, so effectively an 8 day supply. Only discovered this once I got home.3. Holidays and hours are not updated on their telephone answering machine or their website so I have no idea which days they’ll be closed unless I happen to call on a day and time that they’re open… and they actually pick up the phone.4. They closed for some period over the holidays without notifying text-message-subscribed customers in advance. For a schedule 2 scrip I called multiple times on days leading up to NYE during business hours and got the answering machine every time. This caused my daily-dosed non-transferable schedule 2 prescription on file to expire. This has created a major problem for me as I am still scrambling to get a new one ASAP but have to make do with zero medication in the meantime. I will additionally have to pay $500+ out of pocket (instead of having it fully covered by 2023 insurance) whenever I can even get a new scrip since the new year means new insurance deductible.I have tried for months to support this local small business but the standard of service has been completely unacceptable. It goes without saying that some medications are *vital* to people — access to it simply cannot be provided/administered this carelessly.I will now be [reluctantly] taking my business to a large chain drug store instead. I hope Tallman’s will do better in future for its remaining customers.

I love this place but, they don’t communicate between each other. One tech will say something and if you call later, if you get a different one they have know idea who you are or what you are talking about

I really enjoy going here to get my medication. They will bring your medication to you in your car if you're not able to go inside. They are fast and pretty cheap compared to other places. They also have some pretty coll things you can buy. Great place to visit in my opinion.
