I've been with HAPO for at least 30 years. Through life changes, additions & subtractions, HAPO has been consistently helpful. I have & do recommend HAPA without qualifications.

Jyasmine Lane helped me get my first credit card, and she was AMAZING!!! She made sure to explain everything in depth to me, coming from someone who’s hard at understanding things she explained it so well!! We laughed and mingled wile waiting for my car, she has a beautiful smile 10/10 recommend!!!!

One of the worst banks I've been with. Used to think they were amazing for the past 2 years I've been with them then today I go to set up a credit card. I called ahead asking what needed to be brought since I had an account there already they said nothing after 2 hours of wasting my time they say I need a pay stub I go get it and come back after another hour of waiting yes I was their for 3 hours they say theirs nothing they can do and it can't be set up they tried with 4 different people this is one of the most disorganized banks you will ever come across no one has any idea what their doing and no sense of how to use the technology infront of them the last employee to attempt to help me even agreed that they don't feel confident in what to do needles to say I don't have an account their anymore and if your reading this save yourself and do the same you'll be better off with any other bank in this area this bank is here to waste your time and slowly take your money away from you seriously 3 hours for something that could've been taken care of in 20 minutes

Nichole is absolutely amazing. I have been with a different bank for the better part of a decade, and that bank has NEVER helped me in building my credit, loans, auto loans, etc. I have spent a total of an hour with Nichole at Hapo, and I am extremely happy to work with them from now on!Thanks again!

I won't say the guys name who helped me with my car loan due to respect. But he was very sneaky with how he positioned "gap coverage" he told me I would be paying about $5 a month for it. Later as I go back to look at my paper work it turns out I signed for a one time gap fee of $550.00 that was applied to my loan. He talked about it with me a few weeks before I went on to sign for the loan and Initially I told him that I didnt want it. He pressured me into getting it like a typical salesmen. BUT HE DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE ONE TIME FEE OF HALF $550. He just said "sign here for the gap coverage , it's the few dollars a month that I talked to you about earlier." Sure enough i signed for it. Of course it is my fault for not reading the fine print before signing but I am very displeased.
