“We were there for a family event / road trip from the Midwest. We try to stay in independent hotels / motels if possible. The room and staff were excellent and was run by a family. There is a small picnic area to dine or enjoy a beverage of your choice. You are about five minutes from grocery / drug stores. If in the area will stay, there again.”

“Delicious flavorful espresso. Nice balance of acidity and bold expression of the roast. Steamed milk had a great silky texture. Great ratio of milk to espresso in the cortado. I will come here every morning I’m in Walla Walla.”

“Just returned from staying at 51 Main in Walla Walla. The location is right in the middle of all downtown tasting rooms, restaurants and shopping. The condos are spectacular and well appointed; very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Entry is via a keypad and pre-arrival communications from Dana were timely and clear. There is no USB charging in the room so bring your wall socket. Definitely 5 star accommodations with every comfort one could need.”

“Great location within walking distance of downtown shopping/dining/wining. The rooms are very nice, the restaurant is very nice, and we had excellent service. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel. The room itself is very spacious. The bathroom, however, is insanely TINY for the caliber of the hotel and the room rate.”

“Stayed at the Finch for the second time. The location is perfect for taking advantage of everything downtown Walla Walla has to offer. A plethora of wine tasting rooms, great restaurants, shopping, all within walking distance. The rooms at The Finch are very modern with a cool minimalist industrial vibe. BUT, they put 4 extremely bright, bare bulb ceiling lights that are garishly obnoxious right over the TV. The room designer should be taken out and shot. At the very least, put a dimmer switch on them. It gives an otherwise nice room all the warmth and coziness of a nuclear power plant control room.Rooms: Horrible lightingNearby activities: Wine tasting. Great restaurants. Upscale shopping.Walkability: Very close to downtown.”

“Had a problem with my reservation. I had booked a ground level due to my 90 yr old father. They tried to put us on the 4th floor. As soon as i brought this to their attention, they immediately switched our room. Then we had an issue with the tv, and again, they immediately got someone in their and fixed our issue and showed us how to work the tv. Excellent customer service. Really enjoyed our week long stayRooms: Very clean rooms and very responsive housekeeping.Food & drinks: Appreciated the selection for breakfast. Waffles, cold cereal, hot cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins one day, bagels, bread / toast, juices, eggs biscuits sausage and gravy. Very nice selection”

“Special thanks to Guest Services Manager Ally who went above and beyond to locate and return a box of wine left behind after a wine tasting excursion in Walla Walla. Ally contacted me when the wine was located and we talked every day until a plan to return the wine was developed. Ally really took initiative to make sure I was a happy customer. We had a great stay at Hampton anyway and the effort made to return the wine made it all the better. Thanks Ally and Hampton Inn for a great experience.”

“I arrived early and without my physical ID for reservations I had made a month ago. The desk clerk/room manager was very gracious and accepted a picture of my ID it matched addresses and debit card/credit card, etc... no extra fee for being hours early. The room was spotless as a motel room could be. Very early in the morning, I had interaction with another desk clerk/room manager, and he was equally wonderful. At 4 am, I was looking for coffee, and he immediately offered to make me fresh coffee and was friendly and informative.Thank you staff at super 8 you guys rock!!!!We will be back ❤️Rooms: The beds are very comfortable, more channels available on the TV than I could ask for.The room smelled fresh, not the usual stuffy smell some have.I slept great, and that's saying alot.”

“As a truck driver who stays here every week, I am on first name basis with the manager. Professionalism at its finest. Check in times usually around 1 but once he sees my truck he accommodates my early arrival. This is my go to hotel everytime in Walla walla”
