Came to get my taxes done, they were not finished because I needed something to be done for NY. I was told it would be figured out and I would hear from them. Left.. never heard anything. Was called be a higher up and they set me up with a phone appointment.. getting my taxes done that way took an additional two days. I still never heard back from the original tax specialist. I went back to this location & sat in the waiting area for an hour. I was never acknowledged by anyone. I simply wanted to get my paper copies of my tax info back. The fact that one of the most well known tax preparation companies don’t have receptionists during tax season is absolutely absurd. The phone rang and when unanswered nonstop. I’ll pay more in the future to have a private tax specialist help me out
