Jazzercise is a fun way to exercise that strengthens muscles, bones, and the brain while improving balance. It is a great way to work out and make many close friends, offering amazing camaraderie and a wonderful network of support. Participants feel welcomed and accepted with no judgment for all skill levels and body types. The class formats and music change all the time, including dance and strength training, so it never gets boring. Instructors are noted as being the best. It is a community that elevates mood, relieves stress, and makes people feel great, with many attending for years without stopping. It is definitely worth checking out.
Jazzercise has been my go to exercise class for 22 years. I was 60 when I joined .. do the math. I attend Mom-Fri am class. My Primary Care Dr and Endocrinologist tell me ... don't stop! The comrodery is amazing.

Jazzercise is a really fun way to strengthen your muscles, your bones and your brain, and improve your balance. I have been doing jazzercise for 22 years and I have made many close friends through jazzercise. Plus Walla Walla has great instructors!

I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do in Jazzersize. We get to dance and make wonderful friendships. We push each other every class to be better and stronger than the class before. I would be incredibly sad without Jazzersize.
