The worst customer service. The woman is very unfriendly and the mechanic on shift (not Job) didn’t even repair the problem, and charged for a “repair” that wasn’t even what the initial concern was, leaving me with the same problem as before. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you want reliable work done. All they care about is quick in/out and getting as much money as possible from you with minimal work. I genuinely do not understand how they have a 4.6 rating.

OMG, Dave was terrific, he came to our RV site to jump start our MB sprinter van and didn't want any money. I force some on him but probably not enough. What a great guy. Based on my experience you probably won't be able to find a more honest and likable guy anywhere.Thank you so much Dave for your help, Mark.

Stopped there one recent afternoon at 2 in the afternoon for an estimate for a complete tune up on my truck and was told that the guy that did that was gone for the day. Called the next day at mid day for the same and was told that he was gone until the following Monday. Apparently, they don't need my business.

I made an appointment to have my clutch replaced, I brought the clutch I had purchased in and everything. Once I dropped off my pickup they called and told me they test drove it and the clutch is fine. Which I’m a diesel mechanic myself so I knew it wasn’t. I just was pregnant so I couldn’t do it myself. They told me they were replacing the master or slave cylinder instead. I don’t remember which one as it’s been awhile since this all went down. they charged me $600 still, which was the price I was told for the clutch installation. Then proceeded to tell me if I want the clutch done still that I would have to come back and schedule another appointment, and pay another $600. I picked up the truck and it continued to have the same issues with my clutch to the point where I can’t even drive it now. It’s been parked for 6 months.Definitely not happy with the service and the fact I got completely ripped off. Honestly don’t recommend this shop to anyone.

We were just passing through Walla Walla for the night. Pulled into the RV park and registered. Went back out to the truck and it wouldn't start. Long story short, the office gal called Job's after telling us that they are the only place she will take her vehicle. She described what was happening with our truck. The guy from Job's came to the RV Park, assessed the problem, went and got parts and came back and fixed it right there in the parking lot. He stopped what he was doing to spend about an hour getting us running again. What a blessing that good people like this still exist.

On vacation from Southern Oregon. The fuel separator went bad just as we pulled into Blue Valley RV Park. The gal at the park called Jobs and he came to the park, assessed the issue, got parts and fixed it in the parking lot. They we went above and beyond to get us running again. Great business
