I bought a Master Power window switch panel from the yard for my Durango.
I had a window that stopped working on the driver switch & would only roll down from it's own switch.
It was stuck open in July heat
Brandon pulled it & had it for me in 5mins.
Casey assured me it was tested.
Put it in...Works perfect!

Unreliable and Poor Service at Kelly's Auto Parts
I had a very disappointing experience with Kelly's Auto Parts. Ordered a truck part with a promised 1-week delivery. A week later, they casually mentioned it was shipped to the wrong address and asked for another week. This cycle of delays and excuses continued for a month. I ended up canceling my order due to their consistent inability to deliver and poor communication. Would not recommend due to their unreliable service.

I TOO HAD A BAD EXPERENCE WITH THE ***** *****, AS ****** AND *********** SHOW. Just so you know, I'm a 60 year old, gray hair woman, with a nice silver ***** CRV.Someone ***** I had met at the senior center when my car's serpentine belt came off, was a friend of *****'s mechanic ***** (he must be a saint) said, that he could fix it for **** was told it could be done the following Sunday.*** and I arrive around 10:40 am, and there was a huge semi parked in front of the office, where I thought we were going into...***, who was a very poor communicator the whole week as well, (because he had to control everything, all the time) went to the right towards the mechanics building (I didn't see the sign) and I went to the left, and parked in front of the office.I saw 2 guys on forklifts, so I waved and smiled at them.And before I could get out of my car, ***** (didn't know he was the owner) yells at me...\

What a friendly guy we met today getting my ignition interlock recalibrate. I would recommend just simply for the fact that he was so friendly and nice to talk to.

Had to order painted body parts and shipped to me. Anyone who has been down that road knows how risky it can be. Spoke with KC regarding parts.. condition ...and shipping. All parts were showed up in great shape and in exactly the condition KC told me. More importantly, all the parts were super well packaged and the shipping company they used got it delivered in a timely and reliable manner. This place really delivers. Would definitely work with KC again.

I've been there twice now. The first time they tried to give me the wrong part and this time they gave me the wrong part. The person at the desk was very rude and treated me and the person on the phone like we were inconveniences to him. I don't care about rude, unfortunately it happens all the time. But he just let me stand their after I told him the part I needed; I finally had to pry it out of him what was the next steps..... And then they gave me the wrong part. I guess that is what I get for going to the only junk yard in town. I should have listened to the people who warned me about going there.
