They were able to get our travel trailer on without an appointment and all four tires replaced very quickly. Kyle was professional and helpful. Les Schwab continues to take care of our tire needs!

The new remodel @ the Isaacs' location is great! Crazy to think that there's still over an hour wait sometimes depending on weather and what have you... Although I will say this.. i was under the impression that my brakes and rotors were so thin they needed replaced ASAP and they wanted to charge me 2k, and even though i was skeptical about my rotors wearing out that fast I went ahead and spent over 650$ on parts to replace it all myself and when I replaced the parts I was infuriated to discover that neither the brakes nor the rotors were in bad shape, I could've had my rotors resurfaced with a lathe at a machine shop. So that was the day I lost all trust in Les Schwab, because they're not out for your benefit, there's out to make money, even if it means wasting yours.
Have any other Do-it-yourselfies discovered this also??

My wife had her tires rotated and they told her she needed rear brakes which she did. She was quoted around 550 I laughed and 45 bucks and an hour of my time she had new brakes.

Great service. Very busy most of the time, so it's rarely practical to wait while they work on your vehicle. Better to have a friend pick you up and drop you off. At least it's same day service for most things except a brake fluid flush which requires an advance appointment.

I seen in the morning that an older lady had fallen on hard times and that she had a flat tire in the mcdonalds parking lot across from les schuab. So i decided to help and I took her there (on my lunch break) to help do my part and the tall gentleman with an arm tattoo and I believe glasses helped me and her with ease, got it done fast enough to still eat lunch, and helped find the best option!! Just wanted to say this community and the people in it are awesome! Also shout out Jacob who I spoke to on the phone about it and helped get me the knowledge!

I took my car in to have the oil changed and have them check my tires and breaks and all those things that need to be checked before a big trip in the winter. I had a free winter pre trip safety check. So I decided since it needed an oil change I would let them do it while they are checking all that stuff on Tuesday. The big reason why I wanted to go to Les Schwab is because my car had been sitting a few weeks and the tires were cold and the air pressure sensors were all in the red so I needed air in all of them, this free safety check included tire pressure check plus you can go to Les Schwab and get them to fill up a low tire anytime have done it before. Well they call me and tell me my car is ready to be picked up I'm so happy cuz I'm thinking my car is gonna drive so much better I get the bill for almost $92 didn't know it was gonna be that much cuz I usually pay $65 for an oil change but anyway I'm thinking I have everything else checked n that's the added bonus. I get to my car and turn it on and the tires are all still in the red!!!!! This is a tire place!!!! I even put in the comments when I set up my appointment my tires were low to add air!!! I guess the safety check was to just check those things but not to add anything if it needed it?!?!? I mean come on!! I was so mad I pulled away n went to the gas station down the street where you have to pay $1.50 for air n put air in my own tires and still ran out of time before I could get them all out of the red. And I used $3.00!!! They lured me in with this email and promotion and couldn't even put air in my tires!!
