I had an excellent experience here! Audi quoted me over $7,900 and even wanted to add another $250 diagnostic fee. This shop completed all of the necessary repairs for only $3,000—less than half the cost of the dealership. They were kind, efficient, and had a quick turnaround. I really appreciate their honesty and the quality of their work. It’s such a relief to find mechanics I can trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I found Master Auto Service by googling and they got me right away, did only the work I requested, and gave me a helpful understanding of future work to schedule. Everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics were polite and responsive. This is definitely my mechanic in Walla Walla. Responsive, affordable, and thorough.

Took a transmission in for a rebuild, was done when stated. One part didn't arrive that morning before picking it up, however instead of having to come back they delivered it to my residence. Which is far more than most big transmission shops would do.

The worst thing that could have happened to me, honestly I had my car fixed and it came out more broken, I don't understand ? plus it took days and they couldn't fix my car, after that their excessive prices really, I wouldn't go back there, since they broke down my car more and I marked them to tell them the man was still rude. I really don't recommend it, it's the worst thing I could have found.

Took my bmw in and was charged a pretty penny for them to fix nothing, when taken back they told me they dident feel comfortable working in it anymore and sent me on my way, telling me it’s a lose lose for bolth of us as they made all there money off me and left me with no salutations… I would of liked to know they can’t fix it before being charged over $1500 for useless fixesServices: Auto engine diagnostic

I'm from out of state and needed my water pump replaced. It might not be a complicated fix, but since I haven't done one before, and I'm looking to drive about 3k miles to get home, I opted out of the experimental diy. I brought my truck here because every place else seemed to be either booked for weeks or double the estimated cost of Master Auto.The repair was quick and reasonably priced. The communication was top notch.I highly recommend.

Everyone working here is so friendly and polite. They’re efficient and easy to use- for example, they have a key lock box, so you can leave your car there after they close or before they open. Definitely recommend these guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Juan, Juan and Cesar have been working on my car and vans for many years now. They are excellent diagnosticians and they communicate with me on the work as it is performed. They are truly fair and honest in their customer dealings. I recommend them highly for all estimates and repairs.
