Do you think that when you change your hours and are not open on Sunday, that you can update Google? That way I won’t waste my time and money traveling across town to patronize your store when I can just go to your competitors store a mile from my house.

I like Napa Auto. It's a great location to get quality parts at a fair price. If you get something that has a core charge you need to know to keep the original box. They won't take the core back without it. They claimed they told me, I don't remember hearing it though. Luckily, I still had it in my recycle bin.

I came in for a new fluid cap and the lady said they didn’t have any and that they would order me one and she took my name and my phone number and said that she’d give me a call back the next day because it should be in the next day. Three days pass and I still didn’t receive a call so I called them. As soon as I told the man on the phone what’s going on, he immediately interrupts me and tells me that they don’t give customers phone calls when things come in so if she told me it was supposed to be in that day then it’s in. And so I was like whatever can you just like go and make sure that it’s there. So the man leaves for like five minutes and then comes back to say I have no clue who ordered your thing but it’s not here so you’re gonna have to come into the store if you wanna order another one. Just terrible service definitely taking my business elsewhere
