Wife brought a used key in for programming. They said it couldn’t be done… didn’t check the key battery. I put a volt meter on the battery later that day, 0.2V, totally dead. New battery is 3V or better. Obviously didn’t check the most obvious problem. Wasted 90 minutes of her day

I am not happy with this dealership.They haven't fixed my tire sensors yet and it's been months. Whenever I go there, they say they tried to call but they never do. Have had issues every since I overpaid for the 2018 Nissan Titan. I am not really upset about that but their customer service is not acceptable for me. They had me feeling as if, after I made the purchase, they didn't give a damn! I guess my only recourse is to write the Nissan corporation and document my experience. There is also a lack of honesty with this dealership, not a surprise, but I think that they feel the choices of customers are limited and they can treat some groups of people any way they want to.

They were extremely helpful in getting all the things done to get my imported Canadian car legal for WA. They went above and beyond by calling GM Canada to get verification and info on the part needing to be replaced. Highly recommend them !

You go in for warranty work they search your car and photograph anything they feel you should not have in it and report it to GM. ITS MY TRUCK!

If this refers to our recent service, it was great as usual.If thus refers to a discussion about a new car purchase, Not good, 1 visit by us, with phone call assured. Called back 2 days later, second response of owner calling, didn't happen.3 emails asking status of return call. No response. Working with dealer elsewhere.
