You were great. Just don’t like the prices for basic maintenance services. $100 for an air filter….$200 for an oil change!Also, asked for engine wash, looked like you wiped it down with a rag. When I ask for a cleaning, I expect “cleaning”.It is a corvette after all!Please do not get me wrong, your customer service was excellent.

Experiences like this is why people hope for the day manufacturers can sell directly to you. What a pathetic experience start to finish. If they weren’t the only dealership within 200 miles that had the car and color I needed (2023 Bolt EUV), I wouldn’t have stuck around long enough to provide this review.Salesmen - I had the honor of having two, Jonathan and Jose. Jonathan left the business partway through the month long process. Neither answer emails or texts, might answer calls. Must be company policy if both acted the same. Jonathan didn’t even know what one of the optional dealer mark ups was (digital storage $200), which of course is automatically added. Once my estimated delivery was coming up, I reached out to the office directly after not hearing from Jonathan after days of attempts. This was after he quit. Guess what, my car had already been delivered and was ready. Who knows when I would have found out if I didn’t reach out.Sales manager, Julian - First told me the holding deposit will hold the car one day once the car is shipped to the dealership, but pushes to pay for car right then and there. I tell him I’ll pay before it’s shipped, but I’m waiting until a final ship date. At the time the car did not even have an estimated ship date. I get a call a week later on a Tuesday afternoon, the car has a ship date. Great, I say I’ll get to the bank this week and get the wire sent over. Julian tells Jonathan, if I don’t get to the bank today or tomorrow, I lose my holding deposit. I get on phone with Julian and argue. I am told it’s policy, and if I don’t send the full payment by the next day, I lose my deposit and they will start selling the car to other buyers. At this point I want the car, and am arguing out of principal, but tell them I’ll take tomorrow off work and get the payment sent over.Finance, Misty - I call the next morning to get the payment moving. They have zero information about the car sale. Sales hadn’t sent anything over yet. Wait three hours while they get all the paperwork made and sent over. I had to fight to get a buy order and receipt with the actual car information on it. The one they sent me was literally blank other than my name and the payment amount.Overall, terrible and I will never do any business here again. You would think everyone at this dealership is working remote from caves, but once you’re there, it’s an open room and a few offices with 6 people. I will never think of Walla Walla without recalling this experience, so it stained the entire town. Also, it makes me wonder what the point of the dealership is. They were worthless middlemen that hindered the process. I could have dealt with finance for two hours total throughout and been done. Once you’ve paid, expect zero help or attention. I’ve still yet to get the information for the home charger install, which I asked for the day of picking up the vehicle and multiple times since then. Been told for a week now they’re working on it. It’s sending me an email…Also, Julian used Jonathan’s email to talk to me without mentioning it wasn’t Jonathan. It’s fun following up with someone who has no idea what you’re talking about when you assumed you were emailing them.

My 2-year old son and I just stopped by to see what options they had as I am in a sedan and need an suv. Did not at all plan on buying a car, but the service alone from June and Julian and the rest of the team were amazing and helped make my decision so much easier! Bought a car I never thought I’d get, and I am so excited and happy with the decision! They also took care of my son and I while we waited. Gave him treats, distracted him and played with him while crunching numbers, and this allowed me to feel also comfortable and at peace with my decision. Thank you to the team for helping me drive out with a new car! Highly recommend.

We looked at many dealerships in the region to try and buy a Bolt from as they are in high demand. All the other dealers demanded we pay for extras like undercoating and we were frustrated. That is, until we reached out to Walla Walla Chevrolet and Jose Saucedo responded almost immediately. From start to finish Jose was rapid in responses to our questions. No games. Just helped us buy a car. And then we got to celebrate the purchase in Walla Walla. Finally, long drive home was estimated to run the range down to 128 miles. We pulled into the driveway with 128 miles range. Perfect, just like the entire experience.

I was very impressed with the service provided. The service department was short staffed for theday and the young lady that helped me went above and beyond in taking care of my issue with myvehicle. She even handled the extended warranty paper work and approval. There was a feel thatshe genuinely cared about what she was doing.Very appreciated !!

We drove all the way from Boise, Idaho to purchase our new Trax from June and Victor. Super friendly staff and overall a pleasant car buying experience. From start to finish they were both professional, efficient and courteous. Most importantly of all they understood my time was valuable and never kept me waiting. Thanks again for everything.

Physically stopped at this place and told the service writer that I wanted a complete tune up on my truck that I had previously purchased there 15 years prior. Was told that he would call me with an estimate. No call received that day, but I called back the next day, spoke to someone else and left my information and was told that he would call me back. No call back. Apparently they don't want my business.

Sooo we did something awesome this weekend and with the outstanding help of Eddie R .He made our transaction and time there a pleasant one. We had an awful start to our car buying morning and as soon as we arrived there he was just amazing answering our questions and concerns. He was very professional and polite. He definitely turned our evening around. Thank you ?Ps: if your looking for a truck or car definitely give Eddie a call he knows his cars and will go the extra mile to make sure you walk out with a car/truck!!!

Oscar went above and beyond what he needed to do to get me into my new car he also came in on his day off and sat here for 5 hours with my father and I and sold us both a car my dad got great deal on a GMC and I got a wonderful deal on a 2016 Chevy Malibu this dude is great and loves his job shows a lot of respect and takes his time and makes sure he don’t miss anything if something isn’t right then he fixes it hope he is working. When I need my next car highly recommend him as a sales rep

We just have to publicly thank Jonathan Torres of Chevrolet of Walla Walla! We began our vehicle search online, and he was responsive and helpful even at a distance. Then, when we drove up to check it out in person, Jonathan was knowledgeable, helpful, and worked with us to get the best truck for our needs.We highly recommend seeking Jonathan out for great customer service that doesn't end at the sale. We especially appreciated that after the sale, he helped us learn the truck's controls and all the systems, so we were comfortable before we drove away!

The finance and sales department have changed my opinion on car sales completely. They went above and beyond any expectations we had, I highly recommend this team to anyone thinking about buying a new or used vehicle, we came in unsure and left with a new car and the knowledge of every detail of the buyer process and future requirements. They did a GREAT job! While there were some difficulties and they had to keep my car for a 2nd day, they kept me updated, courteous, and provided me with a loaner. And the price was left than half of what I was quoted at the Pasco Chevrolet dealership to install the same accessory!
