Took my Akita to PetSmart yesterday to get de-fluffed. She was looking like she belonged to the streets now she is an acceptable looking lady that is ready for a dog show! All thanks to Sasha and the team in the grooming department.
I was also surprised at how clean and organized the store is. Had a lot of product to choose from. Would love to take my dog back there again when fur-mageddon happens.

Because PetSmart shares it's space with and hosts sliver cloud special cat services, I wont support this place. Sliver cloud is ran by a controversial woman who's family is known to have been abusive and neglectful to vulnerable people in the past. Sliver cloud is a very different place behind closed doors, and should be shut down. They are not a good member of the community, and while the sanctuary volunteers themselves are awesome, it is the founder/director of Sliver cloud that needs to be removed. Since petsmart works with the founder, I will take my business elsewhere until they cut ties with Sliver cloud.

Worst experience of my life. I wish I could give 0 stars, they ended up having a grooming incident with my dog and when I got there to get him they said they were taking him and they didn’t explain anything to me or what vet they were taking him to. Awful experience and I will not be coming back, especially after they were questioning me if I had been brushing my dog and blaming it on me.

I don't know why these big chain stores feel it's ok to sell animals as pets that they know eat live food, yet won't sell the food. If you sell krickets for lizards you should sell rats for snakes.

SOLD ME FISH WITH ICK!!!! A week ago i bought freshwater fish 2 were guppies and i go back in today for ick treatment only to learn they got rid of the guppies because they had ick!!!! Im so mad i spent $93 on all the fish for them to all get sick because 2 of the ones I bought had ick!!! All of my fish are sick now.
