I had to go back several times to get my prescription. Waited 30 minutes for first attempt, told to come back in 15-30 minutes. I went back after 45 minutes and then told it would be another hour. Last time I will be using them as this isn’t my first experience with horrible customer service.

This would be a 5 star review except for for the dozens of times it's taken an hour or more waiting in line, AND days at a time I've called the pharmacy, no answer and the voice mail doesn't take messages.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bit of a line sometimes but it goes pretty quick. Way better than Walgreens

It was a new record for me, the other day. When I arrived, there were sixteen people ahead of me in line. There was only one person at the register. My time began at 10:20 am and I finally retrieved my prescription at 11:15. There have been times where I have gone without my prescription, simply because I did not have the thirty to forty-five minutes to wait in line. They cut the hours so as to close at 7:00pm. In tiny Newport, WA, they stay open until 9:00pm and I have never waited more than a couple minutes.

Rude staff ( tall female pharmacist ).
Lied to my face about their lunch hour and closed the pharmacy on me while I was running back to my car for my ID. I had stood in a long line for 20 minutes before that.

0 Stars if i could! As a heath care provider office, I am highly disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I've been trying to resolve a prescription issue for one of my patients, but it's nearly impossible to reach the pharmacist. Their voicemail system is full, making it impossible to leave a message, and when i do manage to speak with someone, there are concerning issues with the basic calculations. Their raises serious concerns about the management and operational efficiency of this location. From a provider's perspective, i would strongly advise against choosing this pharmacy as your preferred option due to the unnecessary difficulties and lack of communication. They are not easy to work with and create more challenges than solutions.

Had my prescription transferred here from another pharmacy and called in to make sure they had it, was told 1 hour so I gave them 2. When I showed up at 2:00pm I was told another hour, then waited in line for 23 minutes to be told another half hour, waited in line for 27 minutes to be told another 15 minutes, the line is 30 minutes long and I’m missing my kids ball game….. very poor service.

This pharmacy kept advertising about transferring your meds to their place. So I asked about it. I wanted to know if it was going to cost me more to switch. They couldn't help me one bit. They said they couldn't look up a prescription on their computer and see with my medical card how much it would be. They said they needed an actual written prescription from the Dr. I had my prescriptions on My Chart to give them but that wasn't good enough. Why on Earth would the Dr write prescriptions a second time. I honestly think they just didn't want to take the time. So much for wanting new customers. This is a first for me. If they can't give you a price ahead of time how can they expect people to transfer their prescriptions over to their facility. I wouldn't trust it. Would you? I'm going to Walgreens. Which I guess is what I should of done in the first place. I know they can find out without me having to jump through hoops. Good luck Safeway pharmacy.

Had to stop in for my rx the other day. Staff was very polite and helped me contact my Dr to get it transferred here while traveling through WA. Ya'll are rockstars!
