  The pharmacist, Steven, was extremely helpful in facilitating my need to obtain immunizations in order to travel to Uganda. I was on a very short time frame. Steven was a great communicator from the first call I made to this pharmacy and throughout the entire process and consultation. In addition, the 3rd party that is used to process online apps went the extra mile by contacting me on a holiday in order to make sure my trip would be possible. “Karen” stated she noticed the travel dates and knew she had to make the call. Rose Street is not my established pharmacy but they have done a fabulous job in customer service.

  The woman who meets you at the window is rude af and unhelpful. The wait times are absolutely insane. They are constantly wrong on my prescriptions. They fill one too frequently despite being told by me that its too frequent. And another they withheld because they said it was ready for refill for 14 more days when in actuality it was ready for refill the day prior to this incident. I had to call the actual pharmacist there because the woman wouldn't bother to look into what i was saying. Theb I had tovgo back when the pharmacist realized their error. I had to stand in line for over an hour between the two trips just to get my med. Unacceptable. Go to Tallmans.

  I love shopping here. The management is helpful, the checkers are polite and chatty, and the store is super clean. You can tell they're making an effort to modernize with the times. Love to shop here!

  Well they rushed me through , as I put my groceries up , to be scanned I couldn’t check on the prices , I had bought a lot of clearance items for cleaning and medical , I needed to make sure they rang up right , well she wouldn’t slow down, I had no clue what I was charged . She then said it came to 974.78 , I felt I’ll, I was so careful as to only buy clearance items , I paid for it, and went home and checked and found out nothing was on clearance or on sale even . I called them to say some of the items I was returning. I kept at least 650. 00 of my purchases . Well whoever the manager was on May , 3 2020 refused to even look at it . Wow I spend 100.00s of dollars there a month , but no more . I had 2 broken items he would not exchange even . I need to get ahold of the head manager , because this is so wrong , I’m crushed right now
