The older lady doing my pedicure literally cut my toenails uneven and did one coat of polish and left me sitting for 30 mins. There was red polish all over my skin and she didn’t even do a top coat. Not to mention she was cleaning her clippers and equipment that she used on my boyfriend in my dirty foot bath water when I was still sitting in the chair. I will not be back. This place is disgusting.Service: Pedicure

Paid $200 for 2 mani pedis, didn't even get massaged, took 2 1/2 hours to get us out what even is that? Place was dirty and really outdated :(

I really enjoy this nail salon. This is my go to when I need a manicure or pedicure. Very nice people own it and I think their prices are cheaper then the other nail salons around town. They do a pretty good job too. There are a couple people that don't do as good and I feel like they rush but, most of them are good. This will be my forever go to nail salon for as long as the same owners work there.

Not so much the pedicure itself but this salon needs to be mopped every day, the towels for the tools need changed after each client and the tools NEED TO BE SUBMURGED not just sort of sprayed and wiped with a towel that was just used on me.I can understand the bring your little girl to work but at the very least clean the chips from the floor, I had to step on chips getting in & out of the chair.Please clean your salon or hire someone to do it - it is very dirty and now the toenail clippings are on the floor for clients to step on......I don't know much but I did own a salon and there is just no excuse for the conditions we just endured.Service: Pedicure

I called a week in advance and SCHEDULED a manicure and pedicure for my birthday on May 26. I got there for my appointment and they started the pedicure and asked me about the manicure about half way through. When I told them what I wanted they came back and said "we don't have time to do you today, we have other appointments"Why is that MY fault????? I SCHEDULED this a week prior!! They have poor schedules and overlapping appointments is bad business. They told me I could come back tomorrow but I can't, the 26th was my only day I was able to get what I wanted done due to my husband going back to work and him having a really sporadic work schedule.I won't be going back! I left without getting a manicure done and very disappointed.

I called the morning of Saturday 5/20/23 to see if they had room for a pedicure and they were the only place that could get me in. I was thrilled. I went in a little early and even though they were jam packed my pedicure started promptly at 11am, the time they said I could come in. When I mentioned how busy they were the woman told me she was very lucky to have so much business. I LOVED that attitude!! Several things went wrong during the time of my service due to being extremely busy such as a pedicure bowl overflowing, utensil caddy falling, many people walking in and the phone ringing non stop. And while all of this was going on the entire staff handled everything swiftly and without skipping a beat, no one lost their composure and the positive attitudes continued. Not every day goes smoothly in any business and things happen no matter what industry you work in. I was so impressed by their positive attitudes despite the craziness. And I’m assuming they will all be so tired and spent by the end of the day. I will continue to support this business going forward just for their outstanding show of resilience and maintaining a positive environment and great customer service even in the face of adversity and annoyances. My pedicure turned out fantastic and I hope the rest of the day goes more smoothly for them. Thank you Savy Nails for fitting me in during the busiest day of the week, and for giving me a great pedicure despite all the things happening!! ?Service: Pedicure

NAIL TECHS MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND PROVIDED A PAINFUL EXPERIENCE:This is my first time leaving a review because I feel that clients need to be aware of the experience you may receive. If I could leave zero stars I would. I made an appointment to have my acrylics removed and add a gel polish color. When I showed up the main nail tech said she didn’t really have time for me. She INITIALLY attempted to rip my powder acrylics off with an acrylic nail which is painful without soaking in alcohol. After I told her her I was in pain she made fun of me? If I wanted my nails ripped off I would have done that for free at home.This nail salon is not hospitable in any way and I did not feel welcomed at all.I recommend LT Nails in Walla Walla with Annie instead. She actually has common decency and will take care of you. The only reason I went to Savy nails is because they had an opening day of. Annie at LT nails is booked out 2-4 days of a notice for a reason. Lesson learned.Service: Manicure

I purchased a gift card for a friend from Savy Nails. She was coming in that day to get her nails filled. I left them with the gift card to give to her, even left them her full name and showed both women her photo. They said that they knew her and would give her the gift card. Well they forgot and she paid full price and now they are refusing to refund my card. I didn't receive a service and they are keeping my money. I had my nails done by them years ago and it wasn't great, so I have no desire to use the gift card especially after how they have handled this situation.

Would not recommend. The last two visits received a lazy pedicure from same lady. Barely got a massage on one foot and forgot the other foot. Took a long break from my pedicure to do a wax for another customer. Barely exfoliatated all.Been going there for 2 years but will not return because there's a chance of getting the wrong person that isn't into a good pedicure.Service: Pedicure
