“Change is hard. I've been a customer a long time. Rates doubled in the past year. Granted they probably weren't charging enough before but now I'm more motivated to move out. They also changed the payment system. So while I used to have an auto payment now I have to remember to pay that bill. That being said the site is secure. Locked gate. Hours for access. Good location.”
