Worst internet ive ever had. Same as 8 yrs ago. everyday it goes on n off. Taking my equipment back. Ill never use them again. Worst customer service. Ur in hold forvever.

Got screwed over by the company after 14 years of being a loyal non-stop customer. I called and asked to cancel our internet service about half a year ago. They assured me that they canceled it then.
Now, half a year later, I realize I have been getting charged for the internet service every month since then, despite having been assured that the service was canceled.
So I called them now and asked to get those last couple payments reimbursed, but they completely refused!
How is it my fault that you can't cancel a service properly, yet still assure your customer that it has been canceled??

On the internet it says it is open on Sunday, it is not, the hours are not the same

Friendly and helpful staff but very limited in what they have the ability to do. Unless you need to pay with cash, online is your best option for most things

First, my friend and I went into the store to get help with her new phone. First, I have no clue why anyone over the age of 50 would not walk into this well hidden, well managed, and well maintained business. Don, who helped my friend, was very knowledgeable and cordial. After spending 3 hours on 2 days, Don was able to “fix (me) up.” What a marvelous employee (you’ve ) got.”
I talked to another employee David who was willing to help me with my internet change to Spectrum. David, understanding my disability, kindly offer a technician to come help me TOMORROW.
What a wonderful experience!

Needed to return some equipment and it was easy & fast. I took maybe 10 minutes, tops. The guy was courteous. They closed the Spectrum store in my town, so I'm grateful that nearby Walla Walla still has one.

Easy to sign up for services, with the best deal for Internet in Walla Walla. Haven't dealt with customer service yet though as I'm a new customer, and that's what's really going to "make or break" the experience with Spectrum.
