Easy to sign up for services, with the best deal for Internet in Walla Walla. Haven't dealt with customer service yet though as I'm a new customer, and that's what's really going to "make or break" the experience with Spectrum.

Having to check In after you walk in door is a waste of time. There were more employees than work stations. I do believe it is time for a change. They raised Internet price so we pay for the workers.

I needed to drop off a couple of cable modems and they guy who handled it was super fast, explained what he was doing in the system and why. That was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting an ordeal but it was maybe 10 minutes from arrival to departure.

Absolute horrible customer service from a older guy with glasses. I went in to fix my account info and was told I couldn’t do anything but completely cut my service. Didn’t even offer any help or solutions. U are their to help the customer not to cancel their plan.

Very quick stop to drop equipment off. Only issue with the visit was having to drive from La Grande, OR to Walla Walla because the Spectrum closed the store in La Grande.

? I do not recommend going to the store. Call customer service. I was told it was going to be a long wait. 3 reps were standing at their stations, not on the phone, not on a computer…. Just standing and watching. I was then told I should make an appointment. But unfortunately, it was too late in the day to make an appointment for 630 the same day. That was today before 4 PM. Rethinking if this is the Internet service station use. ?

Spectrum is nothing but professional and short lived meaning it didn't take very long to get in and out of there with the things I needed and the things I needed was to start up new Mobile account and trade in my old phone for almost $600. That was like cash in my pocket. Yay I got the new Galaxy s223
