Great tech support setting up my new PC and transferring data, apps etc. from my old PC. Also installed was a reasonably priced Microsoft Office software program. At my request, the Tech modified the Windows 11S operating system to accept non-Microsoft programs and apps. Winner ?!!!

Walked in and i asked about printing photo on to paper gril that was there at time explaned that lady that knows more was on breake i also explaned that i dont know much on how to do this kind of stuff if can plz help me out then manager and gril came back from break i was still standing there watching them help everyone that showed up after me and i didnt mind becuse was thinking everyone else was getting served because they were going to help me afterwards and they didn't want to get behind well surprised neither one of them wanted to guide me on how to do this and I don't know how to do this very well I explained that then I was like I sent it and they were like we're not getting anything and I was like well obviously I'm not doing this right can you please show me how then both of them said we've helped you as much as we can and I feel that they could have guided me to show me this I'm computer illiterate I didn't get any education because I was add when I was small why do I have to say all this to get some customer service they were rude disrespectful and I want to make this clear is it because I'm Mexican and not as smart as they are or what is it I was very kind polite the manager and the girl that works in the printing photo or even communicating cuz the manager had walked off she was saying oh she still trying to send them or whatever but neither one of them would come and show me how to do this when I made it clear I am not very smart about this can you please show me it's pretty sad they rather lose a customer than help them out none of them were busy one of them was walking around talking and the other one was standing there telling the other one what I was doing trying to make me look stupid I'm calling corporate nobody deserves to be treated this way customers are always number one

When someone is available, the service is good. However, I have dropped by 3 times in recent weeks and no one was available to help with my computer. Even with a staples computer plan, I decided to use another company and they got started on my computer. I won't renew when the time comes.

Picked up ink and the check out lady completely ignored me while she visited with coworker. Got her attention and she spent more time trying to get me to sign up for their rewards. She took the ink out of security package and handed to me and then only rung up my paper. I was honest and asked about the $85 ink and she just "oops oh yea". Realized I bought the wrong one. Went back. Same lady. Again ignored me as I walked up to the counter. Said they don't accept returns with box being opened which I showed the ink was all completely sealed. She didn't care and was kinda rude about it even. Wow considering she was about to give it to me for free initially. I get it the box was opened but all they had to do was glue the flap and good as new. I glued it and took it to staples in tri cities and they accepted it. Employees at the staples in Walla Walla are lazy and rude. I've shopped there a few times and experience has always been poor. Should I have just kept the ink she tried not charging me for and laughed if she got fired over it. She will give ink away for free but not give refunds on perfectly intact product. If staples in tri cities accepted the return absolutely no reason the one here shouldn't have. Will not step foot instaples here again. Walmart is cheaper and accepts returns open or not but I happened to be on eastgate side of town. Fortunately I had to go to tri cities so was able to return the ink and get my $85 back.

I stopped by the print services on two different occasions today. The girl behind the counter that does the graphic design has absolutely NO customer service. She has NO desire to work with clients, and had absolutely NO interest in helping me. She really needs to find a different line of work. Thank you, I took my business elsewhere. Will not ever go back!Unsatisfied Customer

It's profoundly frustrating to your customers that you put "items" on your shelf that you don't actually stock. I understand the need to put empty boxes on your shelf to reduce the cost of theft; but leaving boxes on your shelf for items you don't have in stock and causing your customers to waste their time in line... only to discover you don't have the thing in stock really isn't acceptable. Do better.
