Brought my Prius in after a very unfortunate encounter with a deer. The Tietan team was great about keeping me updated and dealing with my insurance. The repairs were completed almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule and the work was great quality. Looks like the accident never even happened. Though I hope to never need their services again, I highly recommend them to anyone who does.Services: Auto body & trim repair

I recently had a terrible experience with Tietan Auto Body, and I am extremely disappointed with their service. As it was my first-time in a car accident unfamiliar with insurance processes, I was hoping for their support, but instead, they showed no willingness to assist me whatsoever.Initially, during the estimate for my 2016 Toyota Camry, they appeared professional and assured me it would be an easy job. I provided them with a check, assuming they would contact me once the necessary parts arrived.However, their professionalism ended there. Nearly two weeks later, after I contacted them, they informed me that the check I gave them was not acceptable, without bothering to notify me earlier. They also claimed that the insurance company responsible for the fender bender was uncooperative. I reached out to the insurance company myself and discovered that the check was made out to me, and I simply needed to endorse it and provide the funds to the auto body shop.When I called the auto body shop to confirm the insurance company's information, they treated me disrespectfully over the phone, making me feel ignorant, and abruptly hung up on me. It is because of this infuriatingly unprofessional and unhelpful behavior during our conversation that I strongly advise against choosing Tietan Auto Body.

i would give this company a zero rating if possible. I got in a collision and had repairs done there. some time later found a pond in my trunk. took it back and the rotten bastard got mad at me. wouldn't even look at the problem. He said "I've been doing this for forty years", like that was supposed to fix anything. It's a 2014 Buick that I just paid off and now it's ruined because of incompetence.

The staff was very professional and helpful. I had a couple of problems with the other person's insurance company, and they told me that they would handle it, and they did. I had nothing to worry about. I was told that it would take a couple of weeks to complete the work and it was done in four days. Awesome and thankful!Service: Auto body & trim repair
