I had Such a stressful situation dealing with vandalism, insurance, and all the logistics over a holiday no less. The kindness, patience and understanding from the entire team at Gerber made a horrible situation a little bit better. Priscilla, Chris, Joe and even the mechanics each showing me kindness at every interaction. 💖

Took my new car to get repaired here after an accident & got it back with a completely different color side view mirror. The mirror was not affected in the accident at all & when I called to complain about this they said they looked at the paperwork & never touched it. I hadn’t taken my car to get repaired or fixed ANYWHERE else where this could have possible happened. My car is a bright pearly white & im left with a flat yellow/beige side mirror that is noticeably different. I was expecting them to offer to replace or paint match but they didn’t own up to it, very disappointed.

Would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. Two time customer. They are very friendly staff and very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. They do an excellent job very satisfied with my Jeep.

I cannot compliment this shop and its staff enough. The service is above and beyond and my pickup came back looking like brand new. The paint match is perfect and I would 1000% return for any future paint repairs. Highly recommend!

Although they had a few hiccups leading to a late return date, we were impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and commitment to high customer satisfaction. They were creative and helped meet our requirements in a rental, rectified their mistakes and updated us frequently along the process through text. I’d absolutely work with them again!

Staff was very professional and efficient. The work on my car was well done and I was kept updated on the progress. Paint chips were repaired with a perfect color match. I'm a very satisfied customer. Planning to take another vehicle in as soon as possible.
